"Wonderful stay"

10.0

Sian and Garry were wonderful hosts, friendly and welcoming. Blarcreen House is beautiful and comfortable. We stayed in the Loch Etive room and were very impressed by the space in the bedroom, the en-suite dressing area, and the long bathtub. They had plenty of excellent toiletries. It is a bit off-the-beaten path, off a single-track road, but it is well worth the drive!

"Hotel in country setting"

10.0

In every way a most enjoyable place to stay. The only downside was being nearly 5 miles off the beaten track.

A lovely B and B, a little out of the way, but worth the trip. A beautiful location and house.

"GETTING HAPPILY LOST"

10.0

An absolutely beautiful property. The room was perfect in every detail and amazingly modernized without giving up a whit of ambience or feel. I would be happy to have the bathroom in my own home. The linens were superb, the housekeeping flawless and without a doubt the finest B&B I have ever been in. Breakfast was superb and Sian and Garry's hospitality is warm and genuinely friendly. Do take directions with you. Although getting lost had its advantages, a GPS is fairly hopeless in this area and will direct you to a ramshackle cottage and I promise you Blarcreen is anything but ramshackle. The good news was that by getting lost we stumbled across the gorgeous 15th Century priory ruins which are a must see in the area. The gardener there was most helpful and pointed us directly and easily to Blarcreen. We will be back and for a longer stay next time.

"Flawless"

10.0

Beautiful room in a wonderful house set in the lovely scottish countryside and to top it off a consumate hostess to cook you delicious food. If it wasn't for pesky "job & responsabilities" we would have never left. This was our first B &B and I have a feeling it's all downhill from there.

"A beautiful historic home"

10.0

Historic home in a lovely rural setting. We were greeted by Sian with a cup of tea and wonderful homemade shortbread. Our room was lovely, very large with a little anteroom off it and excellent ensuite with lovely Scortish toiletries.
