Great location and standard of accommodation

A reasonable place to stay near Brighton seafront and centre. The town house is nicely decorated with minimal services. My mine was on the top floor so quite a lot of stairs and the blind don’t close. Reasonable place at a reasonable price

Clean, and everything works, that´s all I need! Doors very heavy in whole house, this not necessarily a problem, but what it does mean is that they slam noisily. Some other guests could have realised this!

Helpful service and good location. Very clean

The room was very nice and clean. I was late to book in and the process to book in was very efficient. The hotel is close to the beach and the town centre, I was able to walk everywhere.

You can’t ask for anything better for the price paid. Friendly staff, clean, quiet, comfortable, would stay again.

A great little guesthouse within easy walking distance of the city centre. Charming and rooms with character. Would definitely stay here again

The host was lovely, with quite a short distance to the beach. The room was ok expect it was a bit small and you can tell it is a bit aged. One thing I didn’t like is the zero soundproof in the building. You can hear all the conversations upstairs and the room next to you, so not the best in terms of privacy.
