"Good"

Rooms needed updating, rooms smell like smoke and old. Tub floor graying, looks old and used. Elevator floor desperately needed vacuuming. Staff tried to help but not much they could do due to conditions of motel. After trying 3 rooms had to settle on one that they sprayed to eliminate odors. Odors back by early morning. Would not recommend this motel!

"Dubuque visit"

Nice place but could use a bit of TLC. Hallway carpets needed to be re stretched and the elevator floor needed replaced/redone. Good location with easy access.

"This location was not well maintained"

I appreciated the convenient location and easy check-in and out

It was not well-maintained. The carpet in the elevator was torn, the fan in our room sounded like a pig was being tortured, the bathtub was stained, the pool had no towels, the pancake machine was broken, the fridge in the breakfast area was out of order, and when we arrived shorty after 3:00, our room was not ready. When I booked I checked the website and it said check-in at 3:00 and when we arrived there was a sign that said, “Check-in 3:00.” Our room was not ready and this threw off our plans with our family.
