All was perfect

I stayed at the Delafield for an industry event. The rooms are very clean and spacious with great amenities. The bathrooms are large, very well-lit with rainfall showers and jetted tubs. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and professional. I was very impressed and look forward to returning to explore Delafield a bit more.

You could feel the wind blowing through our windows in the room. We froze the entire night. The construction of the hotel is very poor quality.

This hotel was a "staycation" relaxation getaway for our anniversary. It was such classy and comfortable room where we could really unwind and spend quality time together. The Bluetooth speaker was a great touch to allow us to enjoy music throughout the room (and it had excellent sound quality). We were so surprised to see a bottle of wine from the staff for our anniversary. It was a very special getaway. Also, the shower was absolutely amazing and had the best water pressure that I have ever experienced!

The bed had 5 pillows on it, which was wonderful for relaxation, but for sleeping we prefer flatter pillows and all 5 pillows were super puffy. It would be nice to have a variety. I was sorry I didn't bring my pillow from home, because these were so thick they caused a stiff neck.

How to apply for the invoice?

As parents of the Bride, we booked the Signature Suite. This worked out so perfectly. We had half of the suite for privacy and quiet and the bride had the other half for entertaining her wedding party and guests throughout the weekend. There was plenty of space in the suite for us, wedding party, bride and guests driving in the day of to get ready for the wedding. Very spacious rooms. Large bathrooms with soaking tub and large spa shower. Also plenty of room for extra guests that surprise shouldn't drive home at the end of the night. Highly recommend, worth every penny.

We have stayed many times and had not encountered any issues, until a recent encounter with the current manager. We were scheduled to come from California and our 3 children ended up sick. This was over the holiday and we called asap. We were given different answers about cancellation (that we've been able to do in the past without issue) and eventually days later were told we cannot get a refund, costing us thousands of dollars. The lack of professionalism and communication was horrific and we will take our business elsewhere going forward. The manager is extremely unprofessional and impossible to get ahold of. Sadly, this customer service doesn't justify the price. We stay at luxury hotels frequently, and have never had this bad of an experience with customer service, or lack there of.

the best hotel the hotels is the best way to go to your parents and family i stay 2 night for the wedding day my son and I lovet the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay. Our rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. All of the staff were friendly and professional. 5 Stars!
