Room out dated, carpet dirty and smell bad and mold in the bathroom, beds very uncomfortable the furniture was old and ripped up

I reserved a room through Expedia , it says Pets were allowed to be told on my arrival that my small dog was not welcomed

I like that one needs a key to enter the building. I like the family feel also.

Location and kitchenette was right on time

I’m very upset about the bites we have gotten although this was the location we chose to stay in before our house was ready we spoke about the issue but they seem to Not be taking the red swollen blood filled bumps we received while renting serious. We have stressed the issue long enough

The room was big

The rooms weren't clean you have to have your own towel and wash cloth no ice machine take out your own trash

The office is only open from 11am until 7pm. The key cards did not work half the time. NO towels were provided. Children ran up and down the hall and crying babies were next door. It was more like a housing project than a hotel.
