InTown Suites Extended Stay Columbus GA

This was the strangest suite I’ve ever been to. The room had the covered turned down like someone slept in the bed and the staff didn’t clean it. The floor wasn’t clean. They only take trash once a week. No perks at all.

It was comfortable and quiet. They have strict covid guidelines which is great.

Got charger but couldn’t even check in still haven’t received money back

the room stunk of cigarettes and there were MANY burn holes in the bedspread.

The hotel staff is very rude towards all their guests.

Whole place need to be renovated. The carpets have an old smell to them. The elevator was broken so we had to use the staircase which was funky, dirty amd stained. Upon entering the room, everything looked old. The stove was dirty, as was tje bathroom. The beds were old and uncomfortable. Wish i would have took pictures. Just so yall could literally see this.

I love the service, front desk personells and maintinenance workers that are there

Poor desk service especially on Sundays when no one is available if you have a problem

It's not the most ideal place to live as there are a lot of guests who entertain unsavory company and smoke weed but it's an ok place to stay when you are in between living situations and it's in a safe part of town on the bus line. Very expensive the first 60 days but afterwards, the weekly rates decrease. The place is bare so you have to buy EVERYTHING you need to feel at home (toiletries, dishes, eating utensils, etc.). Room service only once per week and you are only given 1 roll of tissue during that time. Some of the cleaning staff are nice, as well as the maintenance guy, but the biggest stain on this place is the older white woman on the 1st floor with the dogs who is the "resident assistant". She is lazy and vindictive and if she doesn't like you, she tampers with the system and makes complaints to have you put out. Also, many of our things went missing on more than 1 occasion and we had every reason to believe that it was her coming in our rooms when we were not there. We complained to the owner but he did not care.
