InTown Suites Extended Stay Columbus GA

The staff was very nice. The room was very outdated and had a horrible smell. The bathroom tub was clean however the floor was filthy. Beds were like sleeping on a table top. Our stay was Wednesday through Monday and room service came 1 day only and that was Thursday. I had to ask for fresh towels. The knob to use the stovetop to cook was broken & maintenance was off. I would not recommend unless it was the last resort.

Lovely hotel, very friendly staff! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️‘S Rooms were clean, had plenty of towels, shower 🚿 had a great flow!

No staff available to answer question, ran out of toliet tissue and couldnt get in touch with the onsite resident staff to get some, limited towels and wash cloths, no ice machine

Ery outdated. Smelled bad. Holes in walls. Furniture (upholstered) was filthy.

The staff was very helpful and professional. They responded quickly and efficiently to all of our concerns and went out of their way to accommodate us.

Furniture is old and stains on the sofa bed. The hotel could use an upgrade.

Very friendly, attentive, and professional staff. I really enjoyed my stay. I would recommend this extended stay highly for short or long stays.

Hotel wasn't that bad. Very disappointed when we got in late and went swimming about 8:55 since the sign says open until 10 p.m. Then the worker come out and said that they close the pool at 9 and that we have to get out. She was extremely blunt and not nice at all. The same lady next door got on to my eight-year-old year old grandson when he went out to the car with my daughter and didn't have any shoes on. All the while she sat underneath the no smoking sign on a bench, smoking a cigarette.

The room smelled very bad. I was worried about the carpet and mold or fungus. Doors were not secured Was supposed to be non smoking but the whole place reeked of cigarette smoke. Air conditioner was very loud. Terrible place
