InTown Suites Extended Stay Columbus GA

My room was dirty the vent in the bathroom hasn’t been cleaned in years their spots on the door In the bathroom. There were spots on the wall. Overall needs them that your general cleaning lamps 30.

The stove would not come on. The heat and a/c worked very well

The staff was so friendly but I was disappointed to have a kitchen and have no supplies to cook with, dishes, silverware or coffee pot

We were giving less than 12 hours notice that we had to check out and not renew for the week

Cleaner than most extended stays, i had no problems.

We were very late arriving due to traffic but was greeted by a very helpful understanding late arrival attendant, Diane😇! We thought we had booked the room with the jacuzzi tub which the room were assigned to. The next day, the manager was able to move us to the room we wanted without any problems. Very helpful all throughout our stay. We did miss the coffee pot and other utensils were used to having on our extended stay motels.

The property provides good accomodations at a reasonable cost. We stay there to visit our son in Fort Benning. The property in located in such a way that it is easy to reach the military base. It is also located in an area of easy access to many amenities but, you will need to use your car to drive the short distances. The facility have an office on site but, is not open all the time so plan accordingly.

If you care about your health whatsoever, DO NOT stay at this place. Hallways smelled like smoke and mold and there was clearly mold in my room (see photos). Everything seemed "damp" and there were floor blowers in the hallways, so clearly there are water leaks throughout. The carpeted baseboards in the room were all peeling off. Toilet would not flush. Was supposed to stay for 3 nights for a hunting trip and this was the only place available. Wife (who has asthma) was flying in on the second night and I called her to tell her to cancel. She crossed her fingers and called Hyatt Place. Got really lucky and they had one room left so she booked it. I called the manager lady (who just sits out front smoking with her friends) to let her know my room had mold and I would need to check out in the morning. All she said was "Fine, call back at 11:00 in the morning. That's when we open." No apology there! Now we're fighting with them about the charges. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
