Great staff, good price, large room with sea view, staff work hard to satisfy clients, the made works well, Good location. I recommand!

Staff was pleasant

Housekeeping was excellent and we enjoyed the complimentary launch to Hamilton several times a day. A few things in our king 1 BDRM needed attention: dresser drawers wouldn't stay closed, loose handle on refrigerator, kitchen very dark, poor quality cooking pots.

The property and the staff are lovely !!!! Unfortunately we were there while pool renovations were being done and the jackhammer all day long was a bit much , however we were offered a small refund . They have an awesome water ferry on the property but on a winter limited schedule . We made the best of the transportation and would recommend this beautiful resort to anyone who asked !

We really enjoyed our stay here, everything was top tier. We stayed in a 1bed 1-1/2 bath Suite. It was lovely! Had to take a point off because there were ants present in the bathroom and we had to take extra care to mitigate them. We did appreciate that there was ant spray in the unit to use.

We enjoyed our stay. The service was good and friendly. Minor issues encountered.

Excellent stay near Hamilton

Property was comfortable, nice, and clean. Rooms were spacious. Staff were very curteous and helpful. Access is somewhat limited. Shuttle boat to Hamilton was under maintenance which we did not know. Getting around was expensive and took alot of planning. Our 6:30 am taxi to the airport did not show. Thankfully the security person was able to call another taxi and we got to the airport by a margin. A bit stressful. All in all a good stay.

The view cannot be beat. Almost all of the staff was super friendly and helpful. Dining at the resort was limited and very expensive. There was transportation to other restaurants owned by the property but also limited and expensive. The area is very desolate so it was necessary to use public transportation. Our room was very comfortable, but we did have to spray for ants in the bathroom. All in all, a great stay but not sure we would stay again.

Room is clean and enjoyed the pool / view. But the reception is rude and service is average to poor. Transportation is limited. Suggest to choose the beach side hotels
