"Lovely stay at Coral Beach 🏝️"

10.0

We stayed here as a family of 8. We had a very enjoyable stay. The location is great very close to the beach, shops and bars. The cleaners were very attentive and cleaned our room everyday and replenished our towels everyday also. The food was what you would expect for a 3* all inclusive hotel. It wasn’t brilliant but it wasn’t terrible. There was always something to eat even on the nights when they ran different theme nights. ( Mexican, Italian, American & Spanish). The entertainment that we saw was good. The entertainment staff work extremely hard especially in the heat! The magician was absolutely fantastic! Overall I would recommend the hotel and would return in the future.

"The most terrible hotel"

2.0

The worst hotel I've ever been to. The hotel is in need of a total renovation! It looks like a student dormitory! Plaster is falling on us from the ceiling of our terrace in room 114. In 7 days, they changed our towels once and instead of 3, they left us two bath towels. It's very difficult to say that the room was cleaned. When you take off your shoes barefoot, all kinds of rubbish stick to your feet. The legs of the bed are dirty, there are stains from spilled chocolate and coffee. The toilet bowl is wobbly and everything is cracked and the silicone has dried up. The bathtub is so small - child's size, that you can't stretch your legs. I am disabled and bathe on a bath chair and it was terribly difficult for me to bathe. The socket next to the single bed was pulled out of the wall, which is dangerous because you might get electrocuted. The lamp on the terrace is burnt out and there is no one to replace it. In the evening, they are playing a match on the hotel's field until 1 at night and you can't sleep. This is the first time I've seen such a hotel where they don't use vacuum cleaners, but sweep with a broom. The maids wash the floor with some kind of detergent, the tiles on the floor and when it gets wet it's terribly slippery, I'm on two crutches and I slipped several times and almost fell. The hotel's website says that it is accessible for the disabled, but this is not true. On the last day we had to vacate the room at 11 am and wait until midnight for a bus to the airport, during these 13 hours I had to go to the toilet, next to the children's pool there is only a disabled one. In the lobby of the hotel the toilet is on the ground floor with a lot of stairs and there is no railing on both sides to hold on to. The food is generally terrible, as if they cook for a hospital without any spices and salt - tasteless. The breakfast is absolutely monotonous, the same every morning. There is pancake machine, where you have to wait 30-40 minutes for 5 mini pancakes of 20 grams each. Lunch was even worse than breakfast. French fries, rice and raw meat. The cook at the barbecue can't cope and doesn't cook the meat. Dinner is even worse than lunch, the only good thing was the desserts. There was a variety of creams, cakes and rolls. The soft drinks are quite diluted. They fill your glass with ice and pour you about 0.150 ml of Pepsi. The ice cream they give you at the pool bar is complete garbage. By the time you take it to the table, it has runny, full of water, there are ice crystals in it. But the most offensive thing is that every time you enter the restaurant, there is a woman with lists and looks at you like you are a criminal and doesn't let you into the restaurant until you say which room you are from. On the last day they provide a room for showering for 20 minutes requires three people to shower, which is almost impossible. My son tried to explain to the manager that I am disabled and it is difficult for me to shower in 7 minutes, but she behaved so arrogantly and told us in plain language "You are not welcome here" and "You will play by our rules". I am also very disappointed with the Tui representative Julie, who we had asked to keep our room until 6pm because I am disabled to which she replied "Everyone here is disabled, there is nothing I can do". Do not go to this hotel, I paid 3000 pounds for this terrible holiday and I was looking forward to going home. And if you are up early, you will not be able to drink coffee and tea before the restaurant opens because there is no machine anywhere in the lobby, which has never happened to me in any hotel before. I will never book this hotel again.

"A nice hotel, value for money but let down by some of the younger bar staff"

6.0

We haven't been to this hotel since 2017 and we love es cana so decided to come back as we are familiar with this hotel. There have been some improvements in the decor, still basic, but better and very clean. The greatest improvement was the pool area, loads of sunbeds, loads of parasols and no silly queuing for sunbeds, it was very chilled as there were plenty of beds and room. The pool is a bit deep, no issue for us as our son, aged 10 is competent, but be aware the shallow end isn't very big if your kids can't swim. There is a little baby pool too though. The cleaners do an excellent job, our room was cleaned every day and we had new towels everyday!! Reception staff were really friendly and helpful. Dining room staff were great and worked really hard, friendly enough. Most of the bar staff were 'ok' but there were a few of the younger bar staff (not all) that were just plain rude and only spoke nicely to young females or other Spanish guests. In my opinion this let's the hotel down a lot and its a real shame, some of them had zero manners and zero customer service skills towards some guests. The hotel is in a great location near the beach and near to shops and restaurants. The food was ok, but not great, there was definitely more choice in our previous stays here. The dining room was busiest at breakfast and was slightly chaotic but that is probably more to do with the guests, and no fault of the hotels. To summarise I would say it offered decent value for money, I would return, but I really think some of the younger bar staff let this place down quite a lot.

"Ibiza AI with the Grandkids."

10.0

A Tui family holiday with the grandkids. Mid buget Hotel in a nice location. Two nice beaches in walking distance. Shops ,Bars and Restaurants all in walking distance. Nice clean hotel, plenty of Sunbeds available. We wandered down after breakfast around 10.00 and always found beds. Tui reps excellent, nothing to much trouble. Food was plentiful in the restaurant and the Fast food bistro near the pool had tasty burgers and an friendly Chef who catered for the kids very well. Only comment the registration was very slow.

"Cant complain, the hotel is exactly what we expected for the price"

6.0

Tbf the hotel is what you would expect, we got what we paid for! Rooms were clean, breakfast was a bit chaotic, lunch was better, evening meal was a bit hit and miss! But you wouldn’t go hungry! As a couple we should’ve booked the adults only hotel, as this one is aimed for families and kids so that’s our fault. We never wanted to lie round the pool in the day. The main attraction for us was Cala Nova beach, we spent all day there catching the last drop of sun and then came back for the evening meal and a few drinks! We would sit by the pool in the evening with a few drinks when the sun went down as it was nice and chilled then. The entertainment was good the nights we stayed in, but as it’s only a short walk into the town we had a meanderer down there, After a busy week on the other side of the island this is exactly what we wanted! Somewhere cheap and all inclusive, close to the beach where we could have a few days to fully relax! The location for us was fabulous!

"Awful Experience, won't be back!!!!"

2.0

Absolutely dreadful holiday, we had the worst time ever at this hotel. We don't expect much for a 3* but bedding changed more than once in a 2 week stay is a must. I'd have thought so anyway, apparently bedding is changed every 3 days, this hasn't been the case. Don't get a check out after 11am as your wristbands are cut off and you aren't entitled to any food or drink after 11am. Not mentioned by love holidays on their page. Check out is at 11am and not 12 as it states on love holidays. Food is OK but there is no option for kids, at all. Evening entertainment is rubbish, repeated weekly and carried out inside the building, it's far too hot and if there is air con then it's non existent. Entertainment staff do 10 mins at pool and that's about all we've seen. If your kiddies go to kids club then you have to pay for any activities they take part in, anything from 3 to 10 euro. Juice at the pool bar is very syrupy and flat not nice at all. We saw the chef at the snack bar blowing his nose one day with his gloves on and then go about making food up with same mentioned gloves. No removal of them and not washing his hands first before putting on fresh gloves. Our last morning there was a couple of cockroaches on the restaurant floor at breakfast. Reception staff roll their eyes and start getting cheeky if you go to them with an issue. We have always stayed at 3* hotels in the past 20+ years of coming to Ibiza as we know we get value for money. However, this one has totally let us down, especially when there are many others in resort that over a far superior experience. We have stayed here in the past before the new owners took over and it used to be a lovely hotel, its definitely gone to the dogs. Won't be back. Thank god for the beautiful beach as the pools aren't big enough for the amount of folk in the hotel. We spent £1500+ over and above the price of our holiday just going around the island on buses during the day to get away from the place. We're exhausted with it and we will be glad to get home. Our 10 year old has been bored stupid at the hotel, don't bother wasting your hard earned money coming here.

"Brilliant experiance"

8.0

I am currently here with my 5 year old and my partner, what a lovely hotel it is, the rooms are very clean, the food is exactly what you would expect from a 3 star hotel. But most of all, the staff are the best thing about the hotel, so polite always happy to help. The 3 entertainers during the day are wonderful for the children, constantly games, getting everyone involved, my shy 5 year old has never sat down and that has made my holiday. Highly reccomend.

"A nice 3 star hotel. Lovely pool area. Food let it down but I would return!"

8.0

We had a lovely little last minute break here. We got an amazing deal and really can’t complain. The room was lovely, nice balcony, good air con (shame it wasn’t on when we arrived - the room was HOT but soon cooled down). We had a lovely view of the pool area in a superior room on the 5th floor. We had twin beds and a third fold out, the room and bathroom was nice. Two lifts up and down, never had to wait too long. Pool and area was lovely, with a little (fairly basic) entertainment day and night. Very short walk to the beach!! Two minutes if that. The area was lovely and quiet with great views. The only thing that let it down was the food. We were all-inclusive. The drinks/cocktails/icecreams/snack bar war ok and can’t complain about those. But the all inclusive breakfast and especially dinner were a let down, very poor choice/selection and very busy. We thought American night would be a safe bet but there was dog fish and Yorkshire puddings which we thought was odd. There were ribs being cooked fresh at the show cooker but they couldn’t keep up with demand. I would still come back here, but I’d certainly eat my evening meals elsewhere. Breakfast was better as you had the choice of cereal, pastries, rolls which were better choices then the cooked options. We didn’t need much from reception but everyone we encountered was friendly. Overall we enjoyed our stay and my child spent alot of time in the pool! Oh and we never struggled to get a sunbed after breakfast even though a handful were being reserved every day.

"Excellent"

Nice and spotlessly clean hotel. Breakfast and lunch was nice enough, dinner abit hit and miss. Limited choice but you won't go hungry. Drinks seem weak but not a bad thing. Beds in the room were comfortable . Beautiful location with the beach minutes away. Beach is stunning. We really enjoyed our stay,,we used it as a base and went on lots of trip. Lots of restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our time there.
