We had a great holiday in this lovely hotel, food is delicious definitely 10 out of 10, the staff are amazing, always dressed to perfection,pool area and pool cleaned every day, Snack bar made fresh while you wait, only the chef there is very miserable,& quiet rude, pool bar is great lots of selection plus lolly’s ice cream wafers, cornet, boys very happy. Annimaton team are excellent, only 2 things let’s it down, Aircon in whole hotel is basically none existent, plus they need small fridge and Kettle in each room, but we had an excellent stay and would recommend to others

We got back last night after a 5 night stay and I honestly do not know why some of the reviews are so negative. We got the hotel for a bargain price and we honestly can’t complain, we were chuffed with the place. The only issue we had during our stay, was that we didn’t have any hot water from our shower for the first half of our stay. The hotel were aware of the issue and proactively offered us an upgrade to the all inclusive premium package from the half board package we had paid for- we were very impressed with this. The room was very spacious, and the housekeeping team work very hard- our room was done every day to a high standard. Would have been nice to have a kettle/fridge but not a big issue. The pool area was brilliant, no matter what time we went for a sunlounger, we always got one. This is a huge positive for me, as there is nothing worse than the 5am wake up for a lounger. The animation team work very hard and the pool bar staff are great too. The food is quite basic but we always found something to eat and I don’t think you can expect more for the price we paid. The restaurant staff work very hard and are all lovely. We went out of an evening so didn’t stay for the entertainment but I do think it would have been nicer having the entertainment outside. The inside venue was a little dreary. The area is lovely, lots of lovely bars and restaurants a short walk away, with a nice beach. We got the local bus from the airport and it dropped us off a 5 min walk from the hotel. On the way back, the local bus picks you up right outside the hotel- a good way to avoid expensive taxis plus the taxis in resort can take a long time to come. This bus also takes you into santa Eulària. Please don’t get too worried about the negative reviews!

My friend & I had a wonderful stay at moon dreams on arrival reception was very friendly we were on the 5th floor overlooking the pool & we could see the sea too, our room was bright & modern bathroom a bit dated but worked perfectly. We couldn’t get to grips with the air con so asked reception & a lovely young lady came straight away & sorted it & it was great all week. I think this hotel is better than budget as it is very clean & the lady’s doing the rooms are lovely & friendly, the pools great we were very happy with the food & the dining room staff are lovely there was lots of choice. Our TUI rep Julie was so helpful & lovely the reps were there every day am & pm. Drinks were good & the entertainment staff were fun but it wasn’t in your face & just a bit of fun! We took a travel kettle instead of renting one & we didn’t need to hire a fridge as we had everything we needed at the hotel. The location is great just a 6min walk to beach & if you walk round the bay you get to the small town area with a few shops & bars great fun at night. We can’t wait to come back & bring our other friends too x

We had a really good time, food was ok, staff were amazing (we tipped). Our 4 yr old loved the kids club, mini disco and pool. Location was great, perfect beach (never used the sun-beds as we used to go later in the afternoon). Went to Santa Eulalia by bus, very cheap. Hippy market was also nice. Buah bar at Es Cana beach was our favourite. Would return if we had the same deal. Thank you

Arrived home today after a 4 night stay, we booked last minute and got a great price, I will admit I was a little dubious as it is only 3 stars ,but do admit I was pleasantly surprised. we arrived early hours of the morning & were checked in by a lovely lady called Hte ,very friendly & showed us to the restaurant where there were meats & cheeses to make a sandwich & coffee etc. Our room was to be fair very nice, clean comfy beds & a shout out to the cleaning staff a they did a great job, As far as the pool area its not massive but clean, we didn't find a problem getting a lounger even in the afternoon. The pool doesn't open till 8.30 & yes there were people queueing to reserve but we noticed people would like to sit in a certain place. in my opinion the drinks didn't taste very strong, I drank double vodkas & think its the soberest I have been on a holiday, so my tip there would be to get a bottle of something from duty free just to have in as the bar closes at 11,(after that you need to pay till 12). A special thanks to Frank a member of staff who was lovely. food wise, I found breakfast to be my highlight, lunch has more options than dinner, there was always something to chose from but didn't blow me away, but i didn't expect to much as it 3 stars. The main thing for me & it only personal choice they don't do gravy, may sound daft but spoke to a few other people and they agreed that with there food they felt there was something missing, the snack bar was good with burgers, toasties and dogs etc..& the chef was really funny, made me laugh, I smelt onions one day & noticed a lady getting fried onions, so if you ask he will do this for you. I didn't get his name but there was a lovely entertainment guy, who did the aqua aerobics,& the water polo amongst other things that kept everyone entertained. the only thing that I will say is my son has special needs he is a adult but jumped in the deep end of the pool,& panicked, the life guard needs to be more on it as he nearly went totally under, thanks to a lovely lady who managed to get him out in one piece. overall, I had a great stay, the hotel is in a great location not far from shops, bars & restaurants. As a smoker its not far from a tobacconist. Also, i will admit going out can be pricey but its the same all over in Ibiza; I recommend Popeyes, just down the road & Charlies bar further down near the centre, they did have entertainment which I thought was ok, the hotel offers in my opinion a budget price & I felt it was well worth what we paid. I have given 4 starts not five because of some of the issues mentioned above,

Arrival - We arrived late at night (around 11:30pm), check in was fairly quick and there were sandwich items available for some food before bed. Pool - Sun-loungers were flimsy and cheap - we unfortunately saw one snap under an older man which made us more wary of them - there is also not quite enough sunbeds for the amount of people in the hotel. Food - Breakfast was ok- same thing everyday, not loads of variety, pancakes some days but only had syrups to go with them. Lunch we mainly had at the snack bar which was good, made fresh to order and the gentleman that works there works very hard. Dinner- well we only ate at the hotel 3 out of the 7 nights we were there! We gave it a go and had a look most nights, but every night was disappointing. The staff work really hard but it was paying off. Drinks- Beer was Estrella, so my partner was happy. However, the cocktails, I understand that they don’t put a lot of alcohol into all inclusive drinks, but they all tasted the same, which was like water with a tang. The drinks were that bad that we went to buy some every day. We even had to purchase water bottles from the vending machines in reception, as they weren’t provided. Room - clean but old fashioned and in need of some TLC. Beach- the beach was absolutely beautiful and only a short walk from the hotel which made up for a lot of the hotels shortcomings.

Just arrived home from Coral Beach. We found food absolutely fine, there was always something. WiFi was quite poor so we ended up paying to use our data while here. Superior rooms are basically the same as the standard, so I wouldn’t pay extra for a superior. Overall very clean, staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Having never been to budget all inclusive before, was a little apprehensive. However we need not have worried. Food was plentiful and varied and we always found something to our taste, I wouldn't describe it as fantastic but certainly adequate. Hotel was clean and staff polite, with good bar areas, although drinks were watered down they tasted ok. We had no issues with sunbeds and overall the atmosphere around pool was friendly. Overall good value for money hotel in a beautiful part of Ibiza

Staff excellent, entertainment very impressive, on the pro acts nights, food fair selection with theme nights, restaurant and inside entertainment areas too hot with poor air conditioning,bar service impressive with full size plastic cups,rooms clean ,air conditioning in rooms insufficient, but I asked reception,and they sent some one to improve it. Check in poor with a queue of 25 plus people with one member of staff at 1 am was not impressive. Pool area lovely and clean, but drains had a problem, and you could move to an area not affected, but all staff happy and very helpful. Certainly not bad for a 3 star 🙂
