Kimpton Hotel Monaco Baltimore Inner Harbor by IHG

It was super clean in my room! Property was beautiful, staff was very kind. 10/10

Valet was a bit backed up when i got there but thats just a personal problem, other than that i enjoyed my stay as a solo female traveler!!!

I like how it has access to using the bikes for free. I like how they have little events here and there like they had the wine hour from 5 to 6. The aesthetics of the hotel was really really nice. It gave presidential, gave luxury.

I didn’t like the shower set up. I thought it was a tub or I thought each suite had a like hot tub situation. I’m not sure about that if our bread that incorrectly, but that was basically it just a shower. I didn’t have much time to really be in the room.

Convenience.

It was difficult finding the check-in desk. The food in the restaurant was mediocre and the service was terrible.

Beautiful Hotel, rooms were great. Staff was very efficient.

Parking price was high. And we booked for 6 people and there was missing bedding and towels. Tried to call the lobby to have it delivered but our phone did not work.

This is my 4th stay at this hotel in the last year. The ambiance is great and the rooms are huge. Jay at the front desk is always incredibly helpful, warm and professional.
