到着時、駐車場の車まで迎えに来て頂き荷物を運んでくれた スタッフが日本人で、みささん若かった（外国人が悪いわけではない） 昭和4年創業なのにリニューアルを繰り返しているので古さを感じさせない 温泉の質が良く、湯に浸かった後の肌を触るとニュルっと良い感じ 11階の露天風呂は琵琶湖が一望でき爽快感がたまりません 温泉の温度が私好みでいつまでも浸かっていたかった 夕食も日本人スタッフが丁寧に説明をしてくれて美味しかった 露天風呂までに通る外廊下もチリ一つ無く清潔感は最上級 部屋もとても広く、隅々まで清掃されていて気持ちが良い

窓の外は駐車場 建物が何棟かに分かれており移動がチト面倒くさいかな

お部屋も、清潔だった。 大浴場の脱衣所なども、コロコロかわ置いてあって、 自分で気がついたらできるし 常に女性の社員が出入りしていた。 管理している様子が良い。

I loved the whole structure and all the small details of the decorations...the room was comfortable with great amenities and a great dinner was served. But the real highlights were the public bath, I've tried them all and I loved them

The view from the room wasn't great... but I had a entry level room and it was well hidden behind beautiful windows
