"Privat Onsen am Zimmer - Erholung pur!"

Transfer-Service vom/zum Bahnhof vom Hotel kostenlos. Man muss das Hotel nur über das Handy anrufen, das an einer Schnur bei einem Schild im Bahnhof hängt. Leicht zu übersehen! Das Zimmer mit dem privaten Onsen auf der Terrasse war außergewöhnlich und das absolute Highlight unseres Urlaubs. Frühstück findet in einem großen Saal statt. Auswahl ist riesig und live-Köche sind vor Ort. Abendessen hatten wir bei unserem Zimmer dabei und nahmen dieses in einem Kaiseki-Restaurant mit abgetrennten eigenen Zimmern ein. Man hat einen persönlichen Kellner, der einem alle Gerichte des Menüs bringt. Unsere 2 Kellner für die 2 Abendessen waren beide super nett und freundlich. Otsu ist ein paar Straßenbahn Stationen entfernt, aber der Urlaub hier ist vor allem etwas für Leute, die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen.

Das mit dem Handy am Bahnhof hätte man evtl. Vorab mit einem Foto besser informieren können. In der Info Mail stand nur „use the phone at the exit of the train station to call the hotel“. Wir sind dann vor dem Gebäude auf die Suche gegangen und erst die Taxifahrer, die uns zugeschaut haben, haben uns dann gezeigt, dass dieses Handy an der Schnur IM Bahnhof hängt. Kamen uns da etwas doof vor . :) Das Hotel hat auch noch mehrere wunderschöne Onsen Becken auf verschiedenen Etagen. Da diese aber strikt nach Geschlecht getrennt sind, war das für uns als Paar nicht interessant. Es ist schade, dass sie keine Uhrzeit haben, wo man auch mal als Paar gemeinsam die Onsen betreten darf.

食事が量と質共に良く、特にお米は土鍋ご飯でとても良かった。

部屋のエアコンとベッドの位置関係が良くない事と、5階の風呂の植栽にアリが沢山いて、岩風呂の岩の上を列をなして進んでいて少し気持ち悪く感じた。

La taille de la chambre

Le repas inclus vraiment trop rapide, pas le temps de finir le plat que le suivant était déjà sur la table. Personnel sympa mais Anglais approximatif. Annonce trompeuse, Ryokan sur 5 étages!!! Rien de traditionnel, c’est un hôtel aménagé avec des chambres type Ryokan.

La chambre était ok dans plus pour le prix demandé Salle de bain et produits agréables

Personnel ne comprends rien à l'anglais Emplacement médiocre Repas servi au restaurant: service accéléré. On nous a servi 8 plats en 30min. Inacceptable même si la personne qui nous a servi a mis beaucoup de bonne volonté pour nous expliquer ce que nous mangions et comment s'y prendre Cet établissement n'a rien d'un Ryokan. C'est un énorme complexe hôtelier situé dans une zone vraiment moche a proximité d'un lac dont on ne peut même pas suivre le rivage à pied. Ressemble à une zone industrielle. Zone moche dans laquelle il vaut mieux éviter de séjourner. Zone industrielle. Cet établissement n'a rien d'un Ryokan traditionnel
