"Onsen e relax"

L’hotel è molto bello e pulito, la cena è fantastica e durante la cena vengono in camera a prepararti i futon per la notte. Abbiamo anche prenotato l’onsen privato visto che siamo una famiglia di quattro e volevamo stare tutti insieme. Io e mio marito abbiamo anche fatto il massaggio shiatsu che era veramente top! La navetta dalla stazione è la ciliegina sulla torta

È obbligatorio non indossare il costume nell’onsen, ma in Giappone funziona così

The staff were excellent. Our waitress at dinner was extremely kind, and the staff worked hard to provide a service in English. I unfortunately did not catch the specific name of our waitress but she explained each course in detail and was extremely attentive throughout. There was an open bar available for guests with the premium rooms. This included fancy juice, pop and ice creams. A great way to cool off after an onsen visit. We were able to select our own choice of yukata. With enough for all 5 members of our party to have unique patterns. The kaiseki dinner was great, it may contain some dishes that are a challenge on the western palate but it's part of the experience! We were happy with that for dinner but were unsure for breakfast so asked to swap to the buffet breakfast online before we attended and they were more than happy to make this adjustment. The baths are amazing. Particularly the rockery garden bath was beautiful. I highly recommend facing the mild embarrassment of going stark in public for it.

"Der Gast ist König"

Schon der kostenlose Shuttle und die Ankunft im Hotel waren super - wir wurden sehr gründlich in Empfang genommen und uns wurde unser schönes und großes Zimmer gezeigt. Die Onsen waren spektakulär, es gibt vier verschiedene, die alle besondere Eigenschaften haben. Abendessen und Frühstück waren sehr viel und hochwertig, besonders der Service beim Abendessen ist positiv hervorzuheben!
