Superbe riad, véritable havre de paix au cœur de la médina. Les cours intérieures sont magnifiquement préservées et décorées avec goût. La terrasse est très agréable, avec de nombreux petits espaces intimistes où l’on peut se détendre. Mention spéciale au personnel, qui incarne parfaitement l’hospitalité marocaine : toujours souriant, attentionné, serviable et d’une grande gentillesse. Le petit-déjeuner est divin, avec une belle variété de produits frais et de saison : difficile de faire mieux.

Les salles de bain ont besoin d’un rafraîchissement.

Specifically Imen, Omar and Hakeem! They took a such good care of us. They seem to know your needs before you tell them. The atmosphere is wonderful and so is the food.

This was such a gorgeous beautifully decorated Riad in the Medina and the service was excellent! Everyone was nice and accommodating. It was so nice to arrive and have a great breakfast in the beautiful courtyard. The also worked hard to get our room ready before the checkin in time since we arrived early.

The only complaint was that the bed was really firm/hard which made it a little uncomfortable to sleep. But I think this may be typical in Marrakech as the other Riads we stayed at had very firm beds also.

Breakfast was a buffet style arrangement that catered for a wide range of tastes. Execllent Gluten Free options provided. Location was excellent if you are looking for a traditional setting. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Мы впервые побывали в Марокко, и этот опыт стал особенным во многом благодаря вашему риаду. Главное, что делает это место лучшим — это люди. Абсолютно каждый сотрудник был внимательным, доброжелательным и искренним. Нас встретили в аэропорту и сопроводили до отеля. Мы приехали около полуночи, и нас сразу тепло приняли — предложили чай и воду. После того как мы немного отдохнули в патио, нас проводили в номер. Это было очень заботливо и ценно после дороги. Наш отпуск мог бы быть совсем другим, если бы не вы — благодаря вам он стал по-настоящему прекрасным. Нашему ребёнку тоже всё очень понравилось, особенно атмосфера отеля и черепахи. Мы наслаждались спа, вкусными ужинами, а чай здесь — без преувеличения лучший в Марракеше. Также заказывали через отель трансферы, экскурсии и такси — всё было организовано чётко по времени и без накладок. Спасибо вам за тёплый приём и незабываемый отдых.
