Un’esperienza semplicemente meravigliosa al Riad Petit Karmela ✨ Questo riad è un vero gioiello nel cuore di Marrakech: appena varcata la porta si entra in un’oasi di pace, lontana dal caos della medina. Gli ambienti sono raffinati, curati nei minimi dettagli e ricchi di fascino marocchino autentico. Le camere sono accoglienti, pulitissime e arredate con grande gusto, perfette per rilassarsi dopo una giornata intensa tra i souk. La terrazza è un angolo incantevole dove godersi momenti di tranquillità sotto il sole o la sera, in un’atmosfera davvero suggestiva. Il vero valore aggiunto è lo staff: gentile, attento e sempre disponibile, capace di farti sentire ospite speciale in ogni momento. La colazione merita una menzione speciale: ricca, varia e con prodotti freschissimi, ma soprattutto con dolci preparati ogni giorno direttamente dal loro pasticcere… semplicemente fantastici! Consiglio vivamente il Riad Petit Karmela a chi cerca autenticità, comfort e un’accoglienza calorosa nel cuore di Marrakech. Un posto in cui tornerei senza pensarci due volte ❤️

Great hospitality, fantastic breakfast. We had the whole courtyard to ourselves with 3 beautiful rooms, a rooftop, tastefully decorated and comfortable.

The communication with the hotel was great from the minute the booking was made. I would highly recommend arranging for airport pickup through Riad Karmela. Cars aren't allowed in the Medina (the old center of Marrakech), so a member of the hotel staff meets you where the taxi drops off to walk to the riad. The Medina is a literal maze, and it was nice to have a guide. The staff was wonderful and welcoming. Starting with tea and a rather detailed (and much appreciated) orientation to a map of the Medina before making our way to our room was a great way to become more familiar with the area. Everyone was warm and friendly. My daughter particularly enjoyed being introduced to one of the turtles in the courtyard. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with lovely views into the courtyard area. The location of the Riad was perfect: a few minute walk into the shops, great restaraunts, and several must see sites in the Medina. Overall the stay was a great experience, 10/10 would recommend.
