"Séjour grand luxe!!!"

Tout a été vraiment top: le Ryad en lui-même, la chambre, les petits-déjeuners (quel buffet!!!), le restaurant, le hammam et les massages, le personnel... Vraiment rien à redire. Nous recommandons à 1000%!!!

"We adored staying at Riad Karmela and would happily recommend it to anyone"

The staff were incredibly charming and accommodating and we particularly commend Fatima at reception and Omar who assisted with breakfast. Everyone was amazingly helpful and we loved the atmosphere of the Riad.

The noise in the alley outside the Riad mini princesse (where we were staying) was disturbing at night but unavoidable so I don't feel that it is the responsibility of the establishment. The beauty treatments were below standard I'm afraid and we felt that the therapists would benefit from more training

La colazione era ottima, il personale molto gentile e disponibile, la struttura e' affascinante e in posizione ideale nella medina

ho fatto una prenotazione per 3 persone e nel conto mi hanno addebitato un lettino extra. Ho pagato il conto al momento del check out senza controllare il dettaglio. Consiglio di fare la prenotazione per 2 persone e poi chiedere il letto aggiuntivo. Risparmierete in denaro e in discussioni
