"Perfectly lovely stay in the medina"

Riad Karmela is a delight from top to bottom. The guest rooms, spa, and restaurant are wonderful. Shoutout to Mohammed and the other staff members who made our stay so comfortable and memorable. We will eagerly stay again.

"An atmospheric riad, excellent food at both breakfast and dinner, great location. Fabulous staff."

Fabulous property with beautiful courtyard immediately outside our room. Breakfast was really good. Omelettes cooked to order. Cold meats, cereals, toast, crepes,an array of beautiful fresh fruit, jams etc The location is ideal for exploring the Souks, palaces, main square.

Nothing. I wouldn’t change a thing.

Lieu magnifique, très propre, calme, personnel au top 👌 Petit dej grandiose. On sent bien que les propriétaires sont français. Au cœur de Marrakech, moyennement facile d'accès depuis un parking payant, environ 600m, repérable grâce à Google maps. Qqu vous amène en chariot pour 10 dirham. Nous y avons passé notre dernière nuit. Nous avons pris le transfert pour l'aéroport, pour être tranquille mais c'est 25€...

Sur Booking c'était bien précisé parking proche et alcool. Nous déconseillons les massages 40€ l'heure, qui dure 40mn (une très mauvaise expérience).

"Beautiful Riad and a perfect stay"

We stayed at Riad Karmela and had a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming, offering a calm retreat from the bustle of Marrakech. The riad is beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean throughout. Breakfast each morning was very good, with fresh, good quality produce and plenty of choice. It was the perfect way to start the day before heading out to explore. The staff genuinely could not have done more for us. Every member of the team was warm, attentive and incredibly hospitable, always happy to help with recommendations or anything we needed. The service felt personal and sincere. We stayed in a spacious family room with a private terrace, which was a real highlight. It offered plenty of space to relax and unwind, and felt both comfortable and private. The riad is in a great location within the medina, making it easy to explore on foot while still enjoying a quiet setting. We also enjoyed a fabulous hammam experience in the riad’s private hammam, which was a real treat. Part of a small group of interconnected riads, Riad Karmela offers charm, comfort and genuine Moroccan hospitality. As a travel specialist I would highly recommend it for my clients.
