Perfect location, super friendly staff, absolutely fantastic breakfast

The staff… incredible, friendly, genuine, always helpful, kind… brilliant. The place was spotlessly clean, super comfortable, stylish and in a superb location.

The staff at the Riad couldn't have done enough. We had a room which overlooked the Mosque and in earshot of a noisy Cockrel and when the call to prayers was loud at (4am) during Ramadan then that set the Cockrel off. Hilarious looking back but became a little sleep deprived during the first couple of nights until we requested a move. The new room was quieter and thus helped. The riad is in a good location within the Medina / Souk with a fantastic coffee stop within the little square in nearby Ben Saleh ... literally 80p for a magnificent flat white. The Medina is unbelievably busy and we didn't realise how many locals squeezed passed people walking through the streets along with Donkeys etc. we stayed for a week and on reflection 3-4 night's would have been enough. It's certainly an experience! We were B&B and the breakfast was fantastic omlets and crepes on demand. The bed was very comfortable and seemed very big. The only issue is that there's nowhere to put your clothes etc and considering we stayed seven nights it became a bit awkward living out of one's suitcase.

Our room had very basic showering facilities but if that's all you need then that's fine.

Excellent location on the edge of souks. Great buffet breakfast, common areas also very enjoyable, and nicely decorated. In fact, these are three smaller riads, interconnected at the ground floor, each offering different rooms, some small w/o windows, some like ours close to suites, with two rooms. Staff was very helpful. You need a very detailed map on how to reach the place, or a hotel taxi, or an experienced taxi driver as the place is about 150 m from the closest street with car traffic.
