Hotel Le Grande - Mumbai International Airport

it is a good transit hotel when you have to just spend a night no other expectation very near to airport and they ahve got airport drop and pick up facility..

Hotel look is not impressive from the outside but room and staff get the score. It's bit priecy and quality of B/F can be improved

We found Le Grande to be a good choice for passengers arriving during the night into Mumbai, particularly if an onward domestic flight is scheduled soon after. The hotel is very close to the airports, and they provide free transfer to and from them. I did not recieve an e-mail response to repeated requests concerning pickup, but borrowed a phone to call them and they were there in a minivan within 5 minutes. The room was fairly spacious, food was good, desk staff were just ok, restaurant staff were very good. Our room on the front of the hotel was a bit noisy, but the airconditioner drowned out the dogs barking, horns honking, etc. Big, comfy bed and reasonable price for the big city. I would happily stay there again. Stayed 2 nights in Oct. 2013.

Room too small.,Bug are there.,Bathroom not good.Next room noise hear very high. Only Best is free internet.

I stayed as transit guest. This place is not really well maintained but is ok for the price. The bed and bed sheets are dreadful and the bathroom is bad as well. Unless you have another option, this is an ok transit stay.

The only problem we had at the Le Grande, apart from finding it (taxi driver had no idea) was the mosquitos. There were loads in the room when we arrived, and we spent the first night up and down trying to kill them, and were bitten quite a few times. We realised, the next day, that they were coming in under the door, probably because there were open windows on the landings, so had to put a blanket against the bottom of the door. A mosquito net would have helped with sleeping. We were on the 6th floor, and it was really noisy outside, but thats just India!

Full of mozzies. And nothing much you could do about that. VERY hard to find - cab driver asked directions from more than 5 people.

Not worth the money.
