Lovely spacious apartment Very clean & comfortable (NEW!) Superb location for the Quays & Lowry Excellent transport link Sainsburys next door

Not what is being advertised Next to a building site with a make shift car park (if you have an expensive car beware) The apartment was dirty , and hadn’t been cleaned properly in some time Charged 300 for the stay , we actually left and booked into a near by hotel Bed is a small double at best and could not fit 2 adults comfortably in it Very basic furniture which is tired and dated If you want cleanliness and comfort then avoid booking here Refused any sort of refund

Great location in an accessible area, smooth check in/out process. The main team that handle the calls for guest are extremely professional and usually have an answer for every question. I mainly loved the fact that the team were just a phone call away and answered quickly without being put on hold for a long time. The property I was provided was extremely clean, very safe and secure as well having great WiFi.

Great service,really professional staff members on site and as well as the booking team. The check in process was really simple and flexible. Honestly couldn’t ask anything more from the team that manages these properties.

Post code information was inaccurate. I got dropped in a taxi no where near to the apartments. The apartment address is not clear and I don’t like the access to the apartments which was down the side of the building. It was dark, narrow and didn’t feel safe
