"Very impressive apartment and a couple of small tweaks would make it perfect."

Amazing welcome, apartment very clean, towels amazingly soft.

The blinds don’t shut out any light so was woken up very early. Also the bed creaked so loud that anytime either of us moved it woke the other up.

"Lovely, comfortable apartment, ideally located."

Bright, clean, really comfortable apartment, brilliantly located with tram lines right outside the building. Host was super friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was very efficient and easy. Parking space available for £17 per day. There is a £100 refundable security deposit to pay on arrival which isn’t included in the booking fee.

All was great. Amazing communication. We got upgraded to two rooms at no extra cost, which was lovely.

All was good. I was not sure there was an extra fee for parking, but maybe it is my fault by not reading the instructions properly.

Clean and bright Great stay, staff were super helpful and informative. Called ahead of our stay to check arrival time and if we needed parking. Highly recommend

The location was good

The host speak to your rudely I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay at the place They will scam your deposit over little issues We accidentally lost the key in the room It’s definitely was left in room cleaners most have found it But they tried to charge us £150 a replacement key Accidentally some time thing can be misplaced There was no damage to property or anything But they still scammed our deposit We call help from driver to come upstairs help us with luggage they assumed he was stay there Try charging us £50 saying you has an additional person staying We told them to check cctv it was only driver helping take luggage down I wouldn’t recommend any to stay at the place a total scam Bed felt like I was sleep on the floor broken bed mattress springs need oiling as the mattress was so rusty Tv wasn’t working They was so rude too Would off been more comfortable sleeping outside in the cold was the worst mistake booking the apartment
