I liked going swimming. The boss was nice. He gave me ice cream. I loved the teepee and the table in the room. I liked the bed.

I loved the pool. It was my favorite. And I loved the chocolate chip cookies. I also liked jumping on the bed. The room was big. So was the tub.

We stayed at the Waldorf Astoria Chicago this weekend to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and they truly went above and beyond in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine smiles and exceptional service that made us feel so special and cared for. Every single person we encountered was kind, attentive, and eager to make our stay unforgettable. A very special shoutout to Mr. Moiz Khan, he is absolutely the best! His professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made our celebration even more memorable. This hotel sets the standard for luxury and hospitality. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an outstanding experience.

Hands down the best stay I have ever had in Chicago! Exceeds all expectations in quality, customer service, elegance and luxury! A beautiful property with beautiful staff! Will definitely stay here every time from this point forward! They go above and beyond in customer service!

We had the best time at the Waldorf. Not a detail was sparred in the room and the view was spectacular. We went the night before New Year’s Eve with other couple friends and had the best time. They provided a car service to our dinner reservation and helped with everything we needed! The bed and bedding was the most comfortable and had one of the best night sleeps I’ve had in a very long time! The smell in the lobby was incredible!! I was happy to learn that you can purchase their signature scent in many different products. The room was spotless and the turn down service was top notch.

I recently stayed from Jan 25- 27th of 2026 for my anniversary. I cannot say enough of the amazing service we received on all levels. Even when I first called the hotel weeks ago., They had a minor phone issue ..and Silvia the Room Manager called me on her personal cell to assist me right away. Our check in was flawless, Room was beautiful , room service perfect - Ramona who answered my phone calls was so considerate and full of genuine hospitality. Tamas Vago, the General Manager has a truly hospitality focused team - I wish I can give 6 stars. ...Regards : Chef Dewey LoSasso ..
