Not long returned the food in the restaurant is not acceptable , lasagna with no beef meant to be a beef lasagna, the same as the cottage pie, the nicest food was what you got served by the chefs unfortunately it would not feed any one rationed is a understatement ", you would be give one prawn one kabab when going to the out side to the barbeque you can ask for more slams another one on your plate makes you feel uncomfortable to ask, most the staff in the restaurant are friendly accept except Yusef the tall slim man with glasses he spoils the rest so rude to guests no interaction with guest clearly not happy with is job his face says that he shouted at me twice in Egyptian language and I mean shouted , obviously he likes been nasty to women, he can speak perfectly good English. The hotel was clean, the room was very outdated, lovely pool area, Entertainment was below par, we was there for two weeks they showed the same show the second week most of it was not worth watching the first time, we was quite bored on the evening , my hat went missing I know who took it a guest not a staff member if I knew you wanted a souvenir I would have gave it to you hope you enjoy my hat (lol) officially a 5 star no were near don't be fooled by that. the staff overall was lovely if i was to return it would be for that reason

This is our first time at this hotel, and it's truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the reception was excellent, the rooms were ready, and everyone worked hard. I highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for variety, as there are multiple swimming pools, a large beach, and the restaurant offers a diverse menu every night. But let me not forget the great people there. ( Mr. Mohamed El-Desouky ) is a man who knows exactly what he's doing. When you see him running around the restaurant all day, helping all the staff as if they were one team, you know they've chosen the right person for the right job. He also knows how to make your vacation enjoyable. I also can't forget Chef Hamed, the assistant head chef, Mina at the pool bar, and Mohamed elkoumy at the piano bar. They were all fantastic people. They also have a great animation team, headed by Alex, who is very cheerful and took great care of us.

One of the worst resort experiences I have ever had. When we arrived, the hotel claimed our reservation was not confirmed, and we were forced to wait 2 full hours at reception before checking in. Because of this delay, we lost half of our first day, missed the beach, pool, and even lunch despite paying for an all-inclusive stay. The hotel blamed Booking.com, while Booking.com provided almost no support or resolution. Completely unacceptable customer service from both sides. We booked 3 rooms and all of them had issues. The food quality was poor, staff were rude and unfriendly, and management was dismissive and unprofessional. The worst issue was the water. The shower water was yellow and unusable in all three rooms. We complained repeatedly, and the manager made us wait another 2 hours claiming maintenance would fix it. It was never fixed. We were effectively unable to shower properly during our stay. I have videos, photos, and emails documenting everything. This hotel completely ruined our trip. Avoid at all costs.
