I do NOT recommend this hotel at all. Our experience was extremely disappointing. We were moved to another room, but it was full of large ants and insects. The staff sprayed chemicals, but the smell was very strong and uncomfortable, especially since we were traveling with several young children. The room was not even cleaned after the chemicals were used until we called and asked for cleaning. This hotel claims to be “all-inclusive,” yet we were still charged for water, which is unacceptable. We also felt misled, as the hotel claimed we were satisfied with our stay, which is completely untrue. We came to relax and enjoy our vacation, but unfortunately, we spent our time dealing with problems and discomfort. This has been one of the worst travel experiences we have ever had. I would not give this hotel even one star.
