La plage privée, le personnel accueillant, souriant. Grand complexe avec 3 piscines. Chambre spacieuse.

La nourriture pourtant abondante et variée mais sans saveur. Il faudrait trouver une solution pour le gaspillage... les gens laissent des pleines assiettes.... A savoir : Personne ne parle français même si le personnel essaye, adorable

L'unica pecca è che non c'è la barriera. Dovrebbero allungare il pontile fino alla barriera

النظافه الاكل غير متنوع ولا يفي بعدد النجوم الحائز عليها الفندق نظافة الصحون والكاسات وهناك طاولات تتحرك اثناء الاكل عليها الاعشاب المقدمه ليست نطيفه ولم تغسل جيدا الاستقبال غير مناسب اطلاقا لا بشاشة وجه ولا تقدير الخدمات الموجوده داخل الفندق مثل الحلاق غالي جدا خدمة التاكسي سعر جهنمي

We stayed in room 170 and it was always impeccable, thanks to Gabr’s care and attention. He was always kind and helpful, making sure everything was perfect and that we had everything we needed. Polite, friendly, cheerful, and very attentive to cleanliness — truly a wonderful presence, almost like a friend. He made us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. The property was always clean and well maintained, and all the staff were consistently welcoming and courteous. The only downside was that outside of breakfast, lunch, and dinner hours, there were limited food options available at the various dining points. Highly recommended! Andrea e Giovanni

We had a wonderful stay at Aurora Oriental Resort in Sharm el Sheikh and would happily recommend it to others. The resort has great facilities, including three pools — a large main pool and two smaller, quieter pools, one of which has a pool bar. A special mention to Fady and Aba at the bar, who were always attentive and kept the drinks coming with a smile. Also, a big thank you to the lifeguards, Sammy and Akhmed, who were always nearby, ready to help and made us feel well looked after throughout our stay. Our room was clean, spacious, and had both a pool and sea view, which was fantastic. The grounds were also very well maintained and kept to a high standard. The food was plentiful, and while it was not always to my personal taste, there was plenty of choice. The themed nights, from Lebanese to Mexican, seemed especially popular with other guests. The only slight downside for me was the evening entertainment, which started at 9:30 pm and only lasted around 30 minutes. After a full day by the pool, beach, or on excursions, it felt a little too late to fully enjoy. Overall, this is a lovely resort with excellent staff, good amenities, and a relaxing atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you. The rooms were big, very clean and modern, nothing was too much trouble. The food was great, plenty of variety.
