"Excellent"

While much was good, the dining menu had a dearth of gluten free options. Even when my wife ordered one of the very few GF meals, it was clear they did not know much about gluten free as they provided normal bread in the meal. So the place is quite OK if you are not a coeliac.

"Serenity and closeness to many interesting local sights"

Thank you to excellent staff member Mary at the Front Desk who was so very helpful and hospitable. Also Dennis in the restaurant was very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for making us feel welcome and adding greatly to our positive experience in Mission Beach.

On our Saturday 12th July stay, we enjoyed a lovely lunch, we would have loved to stay and enjoy a few more drinks and take in the beautiful view, only, when we went to get more drinks, the drinks and food counter was grossley understaffed.!!! The 2 staff there were smashed with orders, more staff at your lunchtime service would be a must in the future. Your bar is, afterall, where your takings $$ benefit....

"Frosted views"

Great location. Staff friendly and informative.

Booked a room with a view of the ocean and got frosted glass on the balcony so was not able to enjoy the view from my verandah. Disappointed as I booked this hotel for its location and view.

Great location on the beach, staff were lovely and free parking

Bathroom was dated and in need of refurbishment, no room safe, the hotel is very accessible for people to wander around the corridors off the beach - safety concern

"Perfect for our one night staty"

Idea position on the beach. Lovely big room. Hotel is having a refurbishment in September- which some areas do need. The staff especially on reception were very helpful.

Fabulous location right on the beach and close walk into main part of town. Restaurant food was exceptional. Highly recommend.
