"Good location and value with kind staff, rooms need a big refreshment."

Amazing location! Lovely staff and good bar service.

The rooms are quite beaten up and the beds were uncomfortable. The soap, shampoo, and body wash are all the same product and overall the amenities felt quite cheap.

Great beach front location. The pool and dining areas look amazing.

The rooms are very dated and in need of a makeover. Whilst clean, there was obvious signs of age with vanities pealing and the bath tub feeling very thin & weak underfoot like you could go through it at any stage. We also felt the restaurant menu was very limited.

Room was nice and clean. Great view over the balcony out to the islands. Location is very good too.

"Worst night stay from our 2 week QLD roadie"

Location & view from room

We didn’t get to experience any of the facilities ie cocktail at sunset, pool etc due to a private function that they failed to tell us about. All but 5 rooms were apart of this function. Despite being told we didn’t need a dinner reservation, when we appeared they advised we couldn’t be seated and would need to order room service. Would’ve been fine if there was a table inside to eat at. We had to chase up the kitchen for our order as it took over an hour (no priority) I ended up down at the kitchen to collect it myself. Daughter (20) was asked what she was doing in the PUBLIC area when she went to take sunset pics. We all felt very unwelcome! Totally would’ve stayed elsewhere had we been informed.
