Vi hade en mycket trevlig upplevelse med alla bekvämligheter man kunde önska. Läget var toppen liksom poolområdet och en stor eloge till personalen som var mycket vänlig och tillmötesgående. En särskild hälsning till Surenjo som ansvarade för städningen av vårt rum i två veckor och gjorde det med stor noggrannhet!

Kanske kunde det finnas ytterligare några solsängar vid poolen. Jag hade också gärna sett ett större utbud av kontinentala produkter på frukostbuffén såsom ost, skinka och ett mer varierat utbud av juice och frukt.

Mr. Priyank needs to be more hospitable. Upon our arrival at 1 a.m., instead of being comforting, there was unnecessary discussion, which was the last thing we needed at that hour. Future guests should note that no crib is provided at this property—this is important information that should be clearly mentioned on Booking.com. The property has frequent power cuts and relies on a very loud generator placed right in front of our room, making it impossible to sleep. In fact, almost everything in the place makes noise—the toilet flush is unusually loud, and water keeps running continuously in the flush. On the last day, despite having breakfast included, housekeeping refused to provide a water bottle, which is completely unacceptable.
