We had an overall pleasant stay at Resort Terra Paraiso and enjoyed most aspects of the experience. The resort has a lovely ambiance, well-maintained surroundings, and is at a comfortable walking distance from the beach, which was a big plus for us. The food quality and taste were very good, both at breakfast and other meals. The breakfast spread was generous and well-managed, with good variety. Most of the staff were polite, helpful, and warm, and the taxi services arranged through the resort were reliable and convenient, which made sightseeing much easier.

We did face a hot water issue in our room on one of the mornings, which unfortunately took a long time to get resolved despite multiple reminders. While the rest of the stay was smooth, this lack of responsiveness did cause some inconvenience and unnecessary stress, and this is the main reason for deducting one star. Overall, it is a good resort with comfortable rooms, nice food, and a pleasant atmosphere, and with better responsiveness to such basic issues, the experience could easily be a 5-star one.
