Nice, central pool with a restaurant attached. Close to the beach. Breakfast which was included in our daily rate was very good.

Many small things that were constant irritants. There was a gap between the balcony doors through which mosquitoes kept coming in. The staff at the front desk were not super friendly. They gave us a room with a very poor Wi-Fi connection and made a complete mess of our expenses upon leaving the resort.

The location was great, very close to the beach yet far enough away from the madness of Calangute. The majority of the staff from Richard the restaurant manager to the young boys who opened the hotel doors were all very nice and friendly. Richard was exceptional . On arrival he introduced himself and asked our names. Every time he saw us he would call us by our names. It was very welcoming. Also the deputy restaurant manager age was very helpful, nothing was too much for them.

Unfortunately the same cannot be said for those on reception. Shayne can across as arrogant and Shilpa actually rolled her eyes at one point whilst paying our final bill. Other reception staff never even looked or acknowledged us. Not the welcome you would expect.
