awesome little spot. great pool, super clean, and a minute from the black beach and everything you could want. so cheap compared to Fira and Oia, which aren't nearly as accessible yet about 15-20 minutes to get to. rent an ATV and explore the island yourself!

Everything was just okay with the exception of the water in the shower. You really have to plug your nose as the shower had a very strong sulfur smell. It looked clean but smelled horrible. The small kitchenette was a nice bonus but there was hardly any dishes or utensils. A coffee mug would have been nice. Wifi was very glitchy the first day I was there but then worked better the last couple of days. The staff was nice but not overly friendly like I've seen in other parts of Greece. For me, it was an average experience at a below average price so still a pretty good value.

I loved Roula Villa, and will in fact go back again and again! The guys that run it are all very nice and very professional. But I loved the fact they were also down to Earth. They would bend over back to help you, and then chat to you for hours about food and music. One of the staff also plays in a Greek band, so you regularly got awesome music played live to you for free! The location is perfect. It is a 5 minute walk from the beach (once you find the shortcut which is obvious once you see it!) and close to all the best eats in Perissa. When we arrived at the airport they had arranged a taxi to pick us up - and I got my name on a card in arrival. I felt important, and that really started the holiday off well! We were early in check in, but again they bent over backwards to accommodate and get the room ready. The pool was good, the beer was cold and cheap. I don't think you could ask any more of them! Rooms are cleaned daily. The place is big enough to be busy, small enough to be homely. Well done to you all for this awesome hotel! Room Tip: Room 1. Perfect location as it is next to the bar. Very nice place close to the beach and close to restaurants and bars. The staff are lovely and friendly. Place is clean and the air con works well.

The hotel itself was disgusting. They provided you with nothing but stained sheets Nd towels that were harder then a rock and had rust stains on it. Their was never hot water until I started yelling and then they decided to turn on the hot water heater. The owner was rude. I would not reccomended this place.

Location is good. Staffs thoughtful. Pool nice. Main drawback is tap water is salt water and putrid smell may explain the towels and bed linens all has a putrid smell, due to this quite hard to recommend this hotel unless u can bear with that. Flush was broken so I had to fix a toilet before getting it to work. Can never understand the notice on door about not throwing paper in the toilet then where is one going to throw after wiping themselves, just bizarre.

Very nice and helpful staff, best and most relaxing location in Santorini. Takes you out of the touristy feel with a classic style villa and a very calm area to hangout and swim (very nice pool). Also good prices.

Excellent staff and very very clean. However, as in Greece a 2* is basic. But you get what you pay for and this was worth it for what we paid. Very close to town centre (5-10mins) and the beach (5 mins). I would recommend to anyone who wanted a cheap holiday close to the beach and centre.

Perfect spot to relax in Perissa. Really great service and can't beat the location.
