Tre location was perfect. Close to transports, the sea and many good restaurants. Beds in suit varied in comfort from good to terrible. Feels more like a dubble with an extra stretcher. Pool area was nice but the water a little cold.

Very comfortable and no nonsense hotel with good accommodation with shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood and friendly personal! Good for couples who like to relax.

Fantastic hotel, with clean amazing rooms. Fabulous views. Great food, with an array of food on offer. The most polite helpful staff. 360o bar is stunning. The pool, gym and sauna brilliant.

This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel. And it gets better every time. We had a fantastic stay. The hotel is in a fab position for restaurants and walks and easy access to funchal either walking or public transport. The hotel is spotless and smells amazing , breakfast is lovely with a great chioce. And never to busy. The views from the rooms overlooking the sea are out of this world and photographers paradise. But whats Great and sets this hotel apart is the staff. From management to cleaners. all are so friendly And happy to help. The reception staff can't do enough for you. Any problem or little thing you need help with gets sorted immediately with out any fuss. In the bar and at breakfast a special mention to Nellio and Marcos for making the stay special for me and my family. Can't wait till our next stay in 2026. Thanks allegro. 😃👏👏👏 Mike and Debbie

The hotel is ideally situated near the bus stop, just a short distance from the promenade, and offers easy access to the Pingo Doce supermarket along with various bars and restaurants. The staff are friendly and always willing to assist whenever needed. The themed dinners are a fun touch, letting you try out different cuisines each night.

Very clean and great value for money! Such friendly staff, nothing too much trouble. Really good location, with lots of bars and restaurants around. Highly recommended.

I can see the appeal of this hotel being an adults only. Location wise is great, with plenty restaurants close by to eat at. I highly recommend Leenos, Papa Manuel and Porka. However, upon arrival in our room, we noticed the lack of cleanliness right away which put a damper on our excitement and caused us to question all cleanliness in the room. The toilet bowl had signs of being used and not being properly cleaned, and the shower had caked on soap in the soap holder. The AC (split mini) was on a sensor and was connected to the balcony doors; meaning each time we had to use it the AC would automatically shut off and it was a pain having to reset it each time. Because of this, we barely used the balcony, which was a pity because we had a nice view, but we wanted our room to be cool. The hotel lobby had an overpowering scent which made me nauseated each time I passed by. The hotel was HOT! Everywhere you went. The elevators: a steaming machine. The breakfast was decent, with really good coffee. For the price of the hotel, I expected the basic needs to be met: cleanliness and quiet. I can't say those needs were met. The staff was loud when cleaning in the morning, we could hear them from our room. Overall, the hotel is okay, but I wouldn't go there again.
