"Nice but needs some improvement"

Loved the hotel and staff. I only had a problem with room 1420. Plenty of space and perfect view of the ocean. But it did not have a dresser for folded clothes or a dinning table to eat at.

Location, beach access, clean and comfortable. Discount on beach umbrella and chairs. Free bike rental. Right next to a convenience store. Food was delicious, and there's a Starbucks inside!

I didn't like how small the pool was, too many people in it, made it crowded and awkward.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach. The staff truly made an effort to go above and beyond to satisfy all of our needs. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen was a plus for our family! The property could use a little upkeep maintenance throughout, but that wouldn't stop us from revisiting or recommending this property to friends and family. Overall we had a wonderful experience.

"Fun celebration at Hyatt Regency Clearwater"

We celebrated a birthday here and it was absolutely perfect. The staff went above and beyond from check-in to check-out — warm, attentive, and genuinely made the occasion feel special. The pool area is stunning, and having the beach just steps away made for the ultimate Clearwater experience. Whether we were lounging poolside or walking the sand at sunset, the vibe was exactly what we needed. As a local Tampa family, this is our go-to for a getaway that feels like a true escape. Already planning our next stay. Highly recommend for any special celebration!

"Gest Beach hotel ever"

We love this resort. The location right at Clearwater Beach is one of the best ever. The rooms are amazing and the staff is always helpful and very friendly. We do 2 0r 3 "staycations" there every year. Highly recommend this hotel.
