Hi. I want to start by saying I NEVER do reviews. We are so upset from our experience that I created this just to share. The valet parking dept. damaged our car when visiting. It's a rental and we are being charged for that damage. We left the resort and went to the nearest gas station to fuel up. Noticed the damage. Scratch/scrape down the rear fender including scratched rim. We immediately came back and the valet was completely rude about it. Said because we left there is no recourse and that they have protections for that. Listen we did not go far at all and there was no way we did that damage just going to the gas station. No apology at all even to say were sorry that happened. I was not even told they were a 3rd party until I asked someone inside the hotel. Terrible people representing your hotel property. We have a flight this morning so I don't have time to stay and work this out. Just know what happened and address please.

"Beautiful Resort, Ok Service"

Beautiful property with an outstanding beachfront location and gorgeous views. We enjoyed many aspects of the resort, especially breakfast overlooking the beach and the overall setting. What kept this from being a five-star stay was the inconsistency of the service experience. Communication was often lacking, several staff interactions felt more transactional than welcoming, and we encountered a few housekeeping and maintenance issues during our stay. None of the individual issues were major, but together they left us feeling that the hospitality fell short of what we expected from a resort of this caliber. The resort has a lot going for it, and with more consistent service and communication, it could easily provide an exceptional guest experience.
