Very good market point and the coffee point nearby the restaurant - kind of a Starbucks implant. Good proximity to the beach.

Too high price for the hotel with mediocre breakfast and lunches, outdated equipment, not good cleaning, and the need to pay for a beach sun beds.

My husband and I truly enjoyed staying at the Hyatt in Clearwater. Check in literally took 2 minutes and I checked out online when leaving. The room and bathroom we stayed in was very spacious and we had free bottled water in our room daily in our refrigerator. I enjoyed the jacuzzi and the pool. The view from 17th floor was amazing. The beach was across the street, but just a skip and a hop. We will definitely stay at the Hyatt again. It is a phenomenal hotel. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
