Nevsky Forum Hotel

Nevsky Forum Hotel is great, and beey good located.

Noisy room on front street, inadequate drapes so room lit up at night. Poor housekeeping, poor laundry service. Only upside was restaurant, good food and table service.

Nevsky Forum is a gem of a hotel tucked back from the bustle of the Main Street. It is easy to walk everywhere or jump on a trolley bus or bus to get to all the main attractions easily. Reception staff are extremely helpful and knowledgable. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable with all you could want for breakfast. Definitely the place to stay in St. Petersburg!

This hotel's location was awesome, because it was located right in the center of the action on Nevsky Prospekt and located right next to the Mayakovskaya metro station. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. There was a sufficient buffet breakfast provided in the morning. The water drains very slowly in the shower. The air conditioning works wonderfully! The Wi-Fi was slow, but it worked. The receptionist staff at this hotel were excellent, very friendly and professional. They speak good English and are very courteous with their guests. I would gladly stay here again.

Great location, close to everything in the center of the city. Very nice decor and atmosphere in the lobby and in the room where I stayed. Stayed here with my wife. The hotel is small which allows for more of a privacy feel. We were greeted by Victoria who quickly checked us in and offered coffee/tea in the lobby area while our luggage was being taken to our room. We settled for Americano and had complimentary pastries brought in as well. We only stayed for one night in between other planned trips and locations. But definitely would stay here again in the future.

The hotel is conviniently located on the Nevsky with adjuscent metro and tram stations. The staff was very helpfull, polite and welcoming. The rooms were a bit dated but clean, however the bed was a disappointing - to soft with pillowsw to hard - overall I did not get a good night sleep out of it. My main issue with this hotel was the breakfast. There was a fair selection of items from all categories but the quality of it was poor. I ended up having cerial with milk every morning. Even the coffee machine wasnt functioning properly and there was no way to make a cappuchino.

Amazing location and very friendly helpful staff. Would recommend this to anyone going to Saint Petersburg that wants to be right in the centre on Nevsky Prospekt

Reserving a room and changing the dates a few times was made so easy. The staff responded quickly to your my emails. They were all so friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was clean and though not decorated so great, had a friendly staff and decent food at reasonable prices. Thy are also not so unfriendly with their security staff as is the case with many hotels. I understand they must try to prevent hobos and thieves and undesirables out of the hotel, but here it was done reasonably. Would stay here anytime again.

Fantastic stay, great resteraunt. Would come back. Most sights were walkable from hotel.and had new year party on Main Street down from hotel

4 * graded though maybe closer to a Western 3, but do not be deterred. Very friendly, helpful and polite staff, clean and spacious room (heated bathroom floor!!) and good spread of breakfast buffet also with option of cooked breakfast. Very close to a Metro station and situated in main Nevsky street. great value
