Ironclad Inn & Bourbon Room

The Ironclad was wonderful! Professional, friendly staff, lovely and comfortable accommodations, great breakfast service (food was delicious!) and the Bourbon Room was great fun.

This was my first time there. Just off a vibrant area with great restaurants it was super convenient. The room was very nice. The bathroom was small but that is to be expected in a building this old. Sharon and Meg were great hosts. The breakfast was awesome; I had the Avocado toast. I had to take half home.

My favorite place to stay ever!! The staff is wonderful!! The breakfast made to order ( included) is excellent and the ironclad Bourbon bar downstairs is so much fun and the food is awesome!! This late 1700’s B&B is the best!! ❤️

The end was very nice and quaint, and had a very homey feel to it one that I very much enjoyed

A beautiful inn with very friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing! Unfortunately we didn’t get down to the Bourbon Room in the evening, but looked around during the morning. Looks like a great place to grab a drink and socialize.

As always, great service in a quaint historic inn. Staff is friendly and attentive, rooms are clean and lovely and the breakfast was wonderful!

Our stay was great. It is absolutely beautiful and brings you back to colonial America in Virginia. We loved it.
