Globales Cala Blanca

Arrived just before lunchtime , checked in with no fuss at all , very friendly reception staff . Room was clean and already had air con switched on for us , we had a balcony but no pool view but to be fair I had not booked one with a view , I don’t tend to sit on a balcony when away on holiday anyway. We went straight down to restaurant and there was a good selection of everything , we ate very well throughout. The staff were all charming and very hard working , one lady in particular seemed to be on duty in restaurant at every meal time !! 10/10 for Vanessa . There were plenty of sun beds available , the pools were very welcome as we had temperatures in the high thirties 🥵. There were a few bars and restaurants close by at a lovely cove and we saw lovely sunsets after a short walk down to the coast. We ventured to the main town of Cala blanca on a few occasions and had a drink in a great bar with a real character in charge , we used the local bus to get to other close by resorts , timetables and locations of bus stops supplied by reception staff. All in all I would say we had a great break , as they say you can’t please all of the people all of the time 😊 and would go back with no hesitation whatsoever

Arrived 11.3o am room ready. Booked pool and garden view asked for top floor quite room got it . 10/10. Room small but adequate 7/10. Food was pretty good at all times puddings great. Thought there should have been other chicken nuggets or pizza at lunch and dinner time for the younger ones No problem getting a sunbed. Used the grass area most of the time. Bar and entertainment ok. No ice creams available on all inclusive 7/10 . The outside bar and grass comuniall area are supposed to be no smoking or vaping area's no signs up and no staff impending this massive turn off being cover horrible smoke early evening it looked like bonfire night. 0/10. Had great holiday Apart from the mainly vaping Would come again but put some signs up there where designated areas .

If you come here expecting gourmet food and waiter service forget it. However if what you want is a nice clean hotel always something you can eat and friendly staff you’ve come to the right place. Just spent a week here and thoroughly enjoyed it. Weather was fantastic food is what you would expect from all inclusive. What makes this place is the staff. Reception staff really helpful. Dining room staff keep the place clean. Bar staff are excellent. Quick shout out to Marc and Gemma at the bar, they were amazing

5/5 just returned home after a week holiday with friends. Hotel was kept clean , all staff were professional and polite. The food was varied and it was always served at a good temperature, the choc fountain was gorgeous . You have to pay €38 for the safe with a €10 deposit. You can hire towels but we didn’t bother . There’s a bus stop at the hotel which takes you to Ciutadella, definitely recommend, but I’d go early evening as it’s so hot . The boat trip that tui advertised is good value for £65 , we were picked up from a neighbouring hotel , included paella and a drink , but you can buy drinks / ice creams on board , we stopped of at a couple of beaches, which were beautiful, unfortunately they do allow a fair few people on , so no space for sun bathing , however saying that , it’s still worth it . The local beach we did find quite smelly but the bars in the evening are beautiful We went to Cala en Bosc which was wonderful, €17 by taxi but a beautiful beach , you need to be there by 10 to get a sun bed , the habour over the road is well worth a walk round , with a few shops and bars . All in all wouldn’t hesitate to return .

First of all, we would stay here again. We had a room on the 3rd floor it was small but if was enough for what we needed, sleep, wash and get changed (how big do you need a room on holiday) Beds were comfortable., room was clean and we had enough storage for the 2 of us. The food was great as expected for all inclusive, same with the drinks. The pool area was clean and never had an issue getting a sun bed. Staff were friendly.

We stayed here last year, and loved it, apart from the room size. We’d no issues with that this time. The hotel is plain but has its own character. It’s is scrupulously clean. Good choice at all meals was fine, and the hit food was hot. We didn’t use the snack facilities. The area outside has two components: around the pool, or garden, and we preferred the garden. The stay offered phenomenal value, and we’d definitely return.

A girls holiday where we were looking for somewhere to relax with things to do. While this was relaxing and some (could have been more) things to do we left feeling the this hotel let us down. Too far from the airport, not truly all-inclusive (charges for the safe, iron, cleaning towels (($10 per towel deposit)) and for most cocktails) but clean. Hotel - Small with rooms across x3 floors. Only x1 lift that can only take x3 people at a time, stairs are a poor alternative as old, wobbly and not ideal to walk down due to the larges gaps that you see through when you look down. Our room was on the 3rd floor, x3 single beds, clean, good sixed bathroom with a bath and a balcony. While air-con available it was poor and not strong enough (felt like being pushed to pay extra for an additional unit!). Pool was nice and clean with a smaller one for children. Entertainment included activities round the pool (some you had pay for!), bingo in the evening and various acts every night. Location - >1hr on bus transfer (should have got a taxi, which would have been $50 v £290 Tui taxi offered). 5min walk from a nice cove beach and 10-14mins away from small group of shops. 25mins on the bus takes you to a nice larger traditional town where they hold night markets. Other - Staff are hit and miss, most are nice however a coupe who cover reception are rude and assumptive. No welcome information given so we had to find things out as we went which was disappointing. There is a gym, however we didn't use it.

Nice hotel but lack of facilities spoils it this hotel needs a outdoor bar has u need to keep getting dry to go get a drink I think it wud also benefit from a snack bar at lunch time Rooms r lovely and very spacious and hotel is very clean and modern I

We had a lovely few days at this hotel. The service was exceptional with staff working so hard in the restaurants providing food and snacks pretty much all day! The rooms were lovely and cool in 30 degrees of heat every day and the beds comfy for a good night's sleep. A special mention to Astrid on reception who helped provide us with food out of hours as our plane was late and we missed dinner and we also left before breakfast had started at the end of our stay! The food was fabulous and I was astounded to read negative reviews. Everything is catered for including meats, fish, a large selection of veg and salad, pizza, pasta as well as local dishes, a lovely selection of cheese, fruit and desserts and also themed nights. If you don't like the food then what exactly do you eat?! Breakfast was hot food, breads, yoghurts and delicious churros which I thoroughly recommend with the hot chocolate sauce! There is a coffee machine and tea and hot chocolate are also available. We tried the cocktails and water is provided at the bar so you can fill your bottles and keep hydrated all day. The pool is busy but there are shaded areas with sofas and tables for chatting and relaxing which I preferred anyway. The beach is a few mins walk away and provides stunning sunsets. I love this hotel so much!! I went with my mum a couple of weeks ago. It was her first holiday in nearly 10 years, and she had such a great time too. I’m a big kid, so thoroughly enjoyed the activities
