Ideal location staff very friendly and accommodating with early breakfast food great room ok shower cubicle needs reseal as mold showing on top floor no lift nightmare but think thats more me being unfit.overall good value
A shower would be great & an elevator would be nice also
Easy check in and staff were friendly and pleasant. Room however was disappointing, it was obvious the carpet had not been hoovered recently as there was hair and dirt all over it. Shower was not cleaned as there was still soap and hair in there from previous guests. Tried to find someone to tell but was difficult to locate anyone who worked there. Breakfast was ok but over cooked. Usually not one to complain but would not return here.
Put in a shally which was terrible very dissapoimted would not go back
Checkin v good with friendly receptionist Quality control on room v poor as 1 cup provided for dbl room and no glasses for bathroom .this is an absolute minimum even for a budget room.kettle was inappropriate as moulded plug with floor sockets does not work. Breakfast was v disappointing.service was poor as staff did not seem be properly trained or supervised.breakfast took 1hr to complete and several requests for items were necessary.staff were willing but above comments prevailed. Overall disappointing as could not reccommend to friends or colleagues. PRICE AND ACCOMMODATION GOOD BUT LET DOWN BY BY POOR TRAINING/SUPERVISION
The staff were naturally helpful and polite. We felt very comfortable.

Hotel and decor are looking tired with damp patches on the walls. Staff were excellent! Very helpful and friendly. could not have wished for better.
