Fletcher Landhotel Bosrijk Roermond

first i wil name positive aspects to our staying in this hotel. friendly personel, the athmosphere in the hotel was warm and welcoming. i liked the restaurant everything spic span and friendly service. less positive about the room with cracks in the walls, stain in the carpet and overall needed a bit of love. and the location of the hotel close to truck parking and gas station.that you dont see in the photos on their website

The hotel is outdated and the rooms need a thorough renovation. The windows don't close well, the rooms are noisy, the carpet on the floor is old and dirty and the bathroom reminds me of my grandmothers place. The bar and restaurant downstairs are okay and the personnel is friendly,

booked a room for two persons - bed was good enough for two kids - not adults / rooms rather dirty - nobody served a drink on the terasse and stuff at the reception was very unfriendly - left this place without staying even one minute more

This is a nice hotel right on the border between Germany and the Netherlands. The Golf Club De Herkenbosche is right around the corner. Rooms are clean with balconies overlooking the forest. Breakfast is of good quality, service is quick. Though, 4 stars may be a little exaggerated

Location very good. Parking free, service ok,, there is no airconditioning only, Ceiling Fan, rooms and corridors very warm. Close to city centre Roermond,Very close to Germany, with very nice villages. the wood is small but oki, very good for Cyclists Very close to the Designer Outlet Roermond which is close to the Trainstation, City centre Roermanond and City market, all you can walk the distances are very close.

The hotel is situated close to the german border at a highway rest area. So dont book it if youre not traveling by car! Booked this hotel as it is very close to the Roermond Outlet Village and has an own parking space, which is very suitable when youre traveling with your own vehicle. The Room is very spacious and neat. The staff very friendly. They have an own restaurant and bar. The wifi signal was very good. The breakfast buffet is included in your booking and has a great selection. If you want to discover Roermond or the Outlet Village, this Hotel is a great choice :)

Very old hotel. Receptionist was tiered or something like that. Other servants were hanging around not knowing what to do. Breakfast was below all you can expect. The terasse was kind of nice, just the serving lady was not to happy to have to work.

The hotel was the best one for you if you travel with car, it has a free parking very comfortable room very good breakfast which including the room price , with the variety of juices , cheeses, bacon, eggs, many types of breads, fresh fruits ... The staffs were kind and helpful, Highly recommended.

Overall, this hotel has a poor standard of care for its guests, with complaints and concerns being met with little or no solution. Room cleanliness was a big issue for our family - bath not cleaned for two days, beds very poorly made (could not tell if they had been made or not) towels not replaced on several occasions, bathroom bin not emptied, no spare toilet roll left. Bad smell of damp in the corridors on the first and second floors. Badly stained carpets in the bedrooms. Light bulbs missing and lamps full of dead flies. The bar area was pleasant and fairly comfortable. The staff friendly. The food was 'ok' but overpriced and with the occasional element of 'surprise' as to how ur steak is 'done' or how ur meal compares to the description on the menu. It is advisable to pay as you go or you could end up with another surprise at the end of your stay when you settle the bill - beverages/meals not ordered or consumed. Breakfast was disappointing with no variation throughout our stay. The 'hot' choice was rarely hot and the toaster inadequate. The reception team were given the chance to resolve our concerns, but unfortunately this did not happen. We were left feeling disappointed and frustrated. We will not be returning to this hotel!

Dogs barking and one tipping all morning. You can see and hear semi truck starting and stopping and backing up. Service vehicles, gravel crunching as cars drive into the lot people talking loudly as they enter or stand outside as well as smell cigarettes below the main entry. Very disappointed. I felt like not being older and not Dutch I got the krappy room. The room is nice- don't get me wrong. Just a very hi traffic area and may consider elsewhere. I have had better rooms before but the front desk attitudes dictate your room location. And the last two busts may just be that. The last. I may go back to the metro hotels when in this area next visit. Dunk u
