Fletcher Landhotel Bosrijk Roermond

i stayed on 26/02/17 the website crashed upon booking. the very nice staff then decided to charge me for 2 rooms when it was clear i only needed 1. they charged me full price for this bearing in mind it was 3am and checkout was at 11 am. - how nice of them. anyway there were people laughing screaming and drunk in the corridors and the over everything of this hotel was just awful in every way. but the best thing was the staff were just so awful in the way they treat you and the way they solve problems. they may as well call it: fletchers "there is nothing we can do about it" hotel. so overall stay away from this scam place.

we have booked here with vouchers, for the price we paid its fine but this hotel is not 4 star as stated. room decoration is absolutely dated. but it is fair clean and cosy enough. free parking and free wifi provided. truck stop , an oil station, a Snack bar ( Frituur ) an Atm can be found outside if necessarry. hotel is just in between of Germany and Holland its About 50 km to Dusseldorf, 6-7 kms to Roermond Center and Designers Outlet. Hotel has Restaurant and Bar. Reception fella informed we have been upgraded free to beter room than we booked. thanks for that kindness. Hotel room has Espresso machine but a Kettle with tea and coffee facilities would be absolutely much much beter than this.

I booked and paid for 2 guests, a double standard room. On the arrival date, an unfriendly Mrs. Germaine calls me on my private cellphone, and asks if I will book dinner or breakfast???!! When I say im not sure, she states that the room we will be getting has only a twin bed for 2 people, is very small but I can upgrade for an x amount if I dont pay for a meal there. SCAM! did I give permission to contact me for this? NO! Did I book for 2 guests? Yes. STAY AWAY, illegal practices and when I complained to their corporate offices, no response. I am contacting the appropriate organization to file a complaint.

What's in a name... that sounds lovely. But then...the location looks like a truck stop. The interior needs serious redecorating. The lunch was way below standard. Our complaint that the soup was salty was repaired by adding water in the kitchen. All by all sad.
