Hotel Best Tenerife

The air conditioning was not working properly. Changed rooms twice and all 3 rooms ac was not cold. Employees at the bar were making rude comments about Asked for a room for 3 people snd they put 2 beds together to one large bed and someone had to sleep in the crack of the 2 beds. My worse experience in a hotel and paid a lot money for poor service and hotel. Never again

We stayed in a Senator Room - twin queen beds with nice light decor. Bathroom were small with a bath/shower.Fresh towels daily. Free safe and daily bottled water(all inclusive). The buffet-wait at the door and you will be seated - breakfast had a lovely choice - fried breakfast, freshly cooked omelettes to order, pastries, fruit, yoghurts and cereals. Lunch was ok and tea was very similar - plenty of dishes just depends what you like!! We ate here the first day and then had our evening meals out!! Pool bar serves food practically all day - chips, pizza, toasted sandwiches, burgers and hotdogs. Drinks were self service - all local spirits, a lager pump, soft drinks, water, wine, limited on pump cocktails, cava and sangria & wine. Limited ice creams for all incl - you have to pay extra for all other ice creams and alcohol. The pools are fabulous. One pool is more for kids, it’s warmer, shallower, has a dividing wall to the deeper pools. This is also where the aqua aerobics takes place daily. The other pool is cooler and gets to about 120cm under the bridge & gets gradually deeper to about 140cm by the waterfalls. No inflatables are allowed. It also says no diving but my kids did and no one said anything!! Loungers- fill up fast!!! Ignore the chain and go put your towels out. We did this about 730am to get anything poolside . You can hire towels 10€ each - refunded when you hand them in. Once you have your towels on your lounger no one moves them. Enjoy!!

Receptionist staff was not friendly our room was only set up for 2 people which there was 3 of us there was no room to hang up clothes our sheets in bed were only change once and we were there for 11 nites sheets were stained breakfast was ok bacon was oily the dinner was ok bit cold the pool was good plenty of room the pool bar was hood also not too dear the animation staff was really friendly and good at there jobs

The best Tenerife Hotel is situated to all amenities,bars restaurants,buses,shops, and there is a free bus to the parks and shopping centers.The hotel itself has most amenities to avail of,two big pools,one heated and the other one is cool.The rooms are very clean and are cleaned every day with fresh towels. There is entertainment during the day and evening,mainly for children,but good. The downside to the hotel is,if you have a late flight and have to hang around all day,the shower rooms (2) could be better. You have to go to the reception for a person to open the luggage room to get your clothes to change, and then you have to go and get a key to the shower room, and back again to get someone to open the luggage room. There are plenty of towels. Overall the hotel is good

Hotel was lovely,food delicious,rooms spotless,pool nice but very busy,plenty of sun beds.overall I would definitely return to this hotel,it is in a lovely area of las Americas , arona.

We enjoyed our overall experience, nothing comes to mind for anything I didn’t like.

Our Room163, really noisy loud music until midnight everyday. No iron in the room or ability to rent / borrow one. Timings of some facilities were rubbish ie the gym never opened until 9:30am and closed at 7pm ?? On the plus side reception staff were all good

Hotel excellent. Spotless accommodation rooms and towels cleaned and changed daily. Excellent breakfast excellent pools. Excellent location
