Hotel Best Tenerife

Great holiday, we where half board and haughty it great that we could swap dinner for lunch, which we did a few times.

Hotel was great, just needed a bit of maintenance in various areas, especially the toilets by the pool that often weren’t working and the toilets in the foyer that wouldn’t lock etc. Food was good. Pools were lovely. Lots of sun beds. Entertainment wasnt very good. But we wondered to the bars in the evening as we were half board. I’m glad we didn’t do all inclusive.

Really bad WiFi calling reception never get an answer Buffet restaurant let you in 15 minutes before closing however they remove food in 15 minutes no one told us restaurant closed in 15 minutes when we weee seated Otherwise other facilities was great

The Hotel is in a great location in Playa America’s. Rooms were average in decor and size. Pool was good but cold dependant on weather conditions. Food/buffet was themed each night however not a huge choice. Service was average all round.

The hotel was fine but extremely busy at breakfast time which made going for breakfast was a, Challenge not a pleasure. Rooms great with 2 double beds they were kept very clean on a daily basis.

We were very pleased with the hotel and it's location.The staff was very friendly and professional.

We stayed for a Holiday in January 2018, first time at this hotel. We knew the area well and this us why we booked the hotel. Good rates - we stayed half board plenty of choice at meal times, however my only suggestion would be to upgrade the restaurant a little dated. Staff very efficient throughout, most people were all inclusive but behaved no drunken adults by the pool area. Loved two double beds as standard, bedrooms a decent size. We paid for pool view but not many rooms look directly onto pool. We have stayed in lots of different hotels in south Tenerife and will definitely return, well done to the manager and staff.

Reception - Upon checking in we were not made to feel welcome at all, we were basically just giving our room key and told us to go. Check out was the same kind of atsmophere, handed over room key, try to make us sign an anti claim form and said ok you go. Rooms - very dated with only a tv making it look slightly modern. Balcony had two horrible plastic chairs with a horrible plastic table, with a view straight into a tree (pool view lol). If you want a lie in at this hotel think again, very noisy rooms, you will be able to hear th next rooms tv and their every movement. We were next to room which had a young baby and we could hear thE baby crying every morning. Pool - pool was freezing cold and that was the supposedly heated one, the colder pool was even worse. Could not enjoy them. Only upside was that you did not have to run for a sun bed as they had plenty. Ok our second last day the pool went a very green colour and had to be shut, very disappointing for family’s with kids. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone and urge them to book elsewhere.
