Hotel Best Tenerife

We loved the location, perfect distance from airport and distance to beaches We did not like the fact people smoking anywhere around the pool area.

Everything was amazing except WiFi in room

We have just got back from a 5 night stay at this hotel, we went half board plenty of food to choose from, they do a themed nights - mexican, Thai and a gala night. Plenty of spare sunbed around the pool and our room had a pool and see view. 1 block away from the main street where there are lots of restaurants and bars, I would go back again

Fabulous location, lovely hotel with nice pool area. Would stay again and recommend.

Didnt realise until two days in that our upgrade to superior room gave us free drinks in the rooftop bar. Would also be helpful to have a booklet in the room to explain how the food and drink service in the pool bar works is it free to all or do some people pay? We werent sure what to do

Good location. Shame swimming pools not at least slightly heated.

Very friendly and accommodating and helpful We had a late flight so being able to store our luggage and use the shower room was a great plus for us. It would be good if they had a laundry room available with irons for guests to use for all the crumpled items but that’s all - really enjoyed our holiday - thank you

Bathroom smelled of urine, even after asking for it to be mopped. Balcony not cleaned all week. Noisy, inconsiderate guests. Food bland and cold. Lifts break down continuously. Pool freezing cold despite saying it’s heated, pool grounds tired and scruffy.

An ok hotel. Great position lovely roof terrace. Rooms very basic even though it was supposed to be an upgraded" superior" room. Was only booked for bed and breakfast but was dissapointed in the quality of the food eg tinned mushrooms, tinned sausages, some tinned and frozen fruit at breakfast. Would say 3* definitely not 4*

typical 4 star "spanish " hotel but little things let it down. although the room was large, clean with comfy beds, with 3 tv's in the 2 bedrooms and lounge areas.there was no draw units to put clothes in. towels were past there user dates, no toilet brush. the restaurant was buffet style and as in all buffet restaurants they struggled to keep food warm and the choice didn't alter a lot over the week we stayed there,but you could always find something to eat. the pool area, if you didn't get out early and reserve your spot, you would find yourself moving your bed around trying to get out of the shadow of the trees. we were half board so had to pay for our drinks which were quite resonable in price ( 2,62 euros ) for a pint of beer. staff on the whole were very good. 10 mins. to the beach about 600 m.away which we found more to our personal liking
