Hotel Gallia Palace

Posizione strategica e la piscina è davvero un plus! Apprezzato anche il balcone in camera! Parcheggio comodissimo ma a pagamento 40€ al giorno e la colazione molto abbondante! Pulizia ok ma infissi e battiscopa consumati nel tempo.

Struttura visibilmente datata, camera con letto matrimoniale molto piccola (letto quasi una piazza e mezza due persone alte non ci stanno), kit di benvenuto molto economici e mancanza di ciabattine di carta. Per un 4 stelle mi aspettavo di più!

Posizione ottima. Buona la colazione, vasta scelta, hanno prodotti senza glutine e senza lattosio.

Parcheggio troppo caro. Bar deserto, non ho visto servizi aggiuntivi come le biciclette per es. La camera, nella media, pulita, bagno grande ma il frigo non funzionante. Abbiamo segnalato, ma il soggiorno era troppo breve per la riparazione?

It's close enough to the beach so the location is the only selling point.

Overall i've travelled the world over and this was the worst experience I've had even at hostels. We arrived an hour before check-in and asked if they could store our bags so we could have lunch close by and the front desk refused so we four girls had to lug around about 6 pieces of luggage between us. Thankfully we found a spot at the beach that was willing to hold onto our bags. If this were an anomaly then that would be fair but every request however small was met with resistance by the front desk staff. We had originally planned to continue our trip to nearby Bologna but elected to stay in Rimini an additional day. We notified the front desk at our check in time and asked if we could remain in the same rooms. They said they couldn't accommodate this request and that we'd have to check out and check back into our rooms which was fair. That would have been fine except after we had brought our bags down to check out the next day they then said we could remain in our rooms. Overall this room was not worth £500+ pounds per night, it was a busy weekend for the city and clearly the owners of this hotel are not only unkind but also opportunists that don't treat their guests with respect.
