"Cannot understand how this is a 4 Star HOTEL"

Friendly and helpful staff.

No bar or Restaurant which seems odd for a 4 Star Hotel and it was certainly inconvenient, made worse by an inability to get Taxis or UBER. If this had been described as a 4 Star GUEST HOUSE I would be a lot more understanding.

"I saw beautiful chateaux’s in France and went to several but this didn’t offer enough hospitality"

I would have liked to stay in the chateau but in the right is what looks like a motel attached and the room was very bland, on the website the rooms looked beautiful but these must have been in the mail chateaux?

If you need food other than breakfast you need to order a platter there is no restaurant
