Alexandra Stay Residence

Very pleased when we arrived the reception area looks great, but our room decor does not meet the same standard. We were very surprised by how busy the road outside the apartments is, perhaps my own fault for not researching this well enough. The pool area backs straight onto this road so if you can't relax with heavy traffic noise and fumes this is not for you. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the location for restaurants and shops is great. Pretty surprised to find that the pool is closed for two hours between 1 and 3 and after 7pm, although this was not enforced so perhaps this is bad sign translation not an actual rule. I would definitely return to the area, lots to do and great restaurants across a range of budgets.

Wonderful stay at this gorgeous hotel. Alexandra and her team were fabulous and really looked after us.

Otroligt ogästvänligt. Vi anlände till hotellet ca 19.45 på incheckningsdagen. På vår bokning och på hotels.com framgår att receptionen är öppen till 21.00 och att det inte går att checka in efter att receptionen är stängd. Receptionen är stängd och det finns ingen att kontakta. Tillslut dyker det upp en dam som helt enkelt ber oss lämna hotellet då receptionen är stängd och att vi inte har någon bokning. Otroligt snopet för oss, två vuxna och två barn. Vi hade utskrift på bokning i handen och i efterhand har jag även kollat min bokning på datorn, inga konstigheter. Det som jag reagerade mest på var damens totala ointresse av att hjälpa oss. Visst, det kan ske dubbel bokningar och missförstånd men att bara nonchalant fösa iväg oss var nästintill kränkande. Ett "normalt" hotell hade försökt lösa situationen eller tipsa oss om andra boendealternativ. Det var den sämsta service jag någonsin upplevt och då har vi rest mycket i Europa och USA. Hotellet, rummen och poolen är säkert fina...

Dusche nicht einladend und dreckig, Sofa war ruiniert, fleckig man konnte es kaum anschauen, Badezimmertürgriff war verklebt... Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem Hotel auf eine Nacht reduziert, damit wir nicht in dem Zimmer bleiben müssen. Chefin hatte eher aggressiv und arrogant reagiert auf unsere Reklamation. Leider sehr unbefriedigend.

Ein wirklich top gelegenes Hotel, schön eingerichtet mit sehr nettem Personal. Einziger minus Punkt: Pool neben der Straße ohne Sichtschutz

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Inhaberin hat sich um unsere Anliegen schnell gekümmert.Lage war gut...30min in die Altstadt und 30min in den Ort zum Supermarkt und Restaurants....
