"Ignoranter Service"

Lippservice only. Ansonsten sehr ingnorant. Hatte mein Rucksack vergessen. Zum Glück hatte ich es nach 20 km bemerkt. Hätte jemand mitgedacht, hätte er gleich meine Visitinkarte gefunden und mich angerufen. Ansatz wurde mein Rucksack einfach weggestellt. Das geht garnicht und deshalb kann ich das Hotel niemanden empfehlen

Underbar personal! Såå bra service Vi blev även uppgraderade vid ankomst till ett större rum Underbar utsikt över gardasjön på båda sidor om balkongen Härlig pool Passar perfekt om man vill ha sol bad och avkoppling

"Kør selv ferie"

Venlig og suveræn service. Vi blev opgraderet da vi checkene ind til en lejlighed med udsigt til søen. Virkelig fin til prisen, men lejligheden trænger til renovering. Ren swimmingpool og dejligt med gratis parkering foran.

"Delightful host"

Wonderful place. Alexandra is incredibly accommodating. The hotel doesn't have a nice grass beach like some of the other places nearby, but did have a private dock. And staying with Alexandra was more charm than a beach could have offered. She is more than willing to answer all your questions and help you plan your stay. Highly recommended to stay here!

"Alexandra-fans"

We had a great couple of days at the hotel, the hotel owner Alexandra was amazing; very helpful and kind. She even drove us to the Ferry after we checket out! We absolutley recommend this place, its about 20 minutes walking to the old fortress and its also possible to take the bus for 1€. Clean and nice hotel with pool just outside the pool right in front of the lake. Go there!

Really nice hotel well situated if you don't mind a bit of a walk to the shops (15 mins) Staff are outstanding and very helpful

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit Pool und privatem Strand. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werde beim nächsten Urlaub am Gardasee definitiv dieses Hotel wieder buchen.
